I purchased a variable speed 5/8 inch hammer drill made by ryobi. I have many Ryobi items currently. I'm looking forward to completing this project I have at my home and I am anxious to find out if this warranty is worth the money I paid for it. Good luck to both of us

Again, Brandon in Appliances is to be commended for his above and beyond service in every aspect of our purchases which exceeded $12,000.. and took some time to put together especially with the "tariff" climate.

I am a handyman from Mesquite, Nv. I travel 40 minutes to do most of my shopping for supplies, materials and tools. I choose this location every time because of the selection of the items I frequently use and the knowledgeable staff. When I do have questions or need help, I am confident that I will get the answers I need here.

This store generally has better customer service than most.

You have one cash register and no one is ever on it but theirs 4 employees at the self checkout scanning what people buy why not have 3 do it so 1 can run the one register

The young lady who helped us in the Kitchen Faucet area was very kind and helpful!

I researched the items I wished to buy on-line to ensure they were in stock at this store. Items could not be found by the employees who attempted to help. The system showed items in stock, but did not list the location. This store tends to have way too much stacked in the aisles, making it difficult to move around for shoppers and especially for employees stocking/moving items with forklifts. Seems to be getting worse over time.

I frequent Home Depot more than I'd like to admit. I do appreciate the staff at this store; they're always friendly, helpful, and have a smile

I started to build my house a couple of years ago, I am a woman and I am doing it a little at a time, the people at Home Depot always take the time to help me order something on the computer if I have a problem " Jo Jo " always helps, and always with a smile.

We had Anthony C. Help us the last couple times we have been in the store for many different reasons and he has been extremely helpful, especially when he was hands on and efficient at his job with helping us. Make sure we got the right product for our chicken coop. We also have Built hitching posts and Covers For Horses . I feel like each time we have been in there. It has been nice to have someone with great experience who is friendly and truly caring about our project and helping us make sure we got the correct material for our projects. I don’t think I have ever been into a Home Depot and got as much help as we did with Anthony C. Which was a nice touch to shopping at Home Depot. He is an awesome employee and when we got a project, I know who I’m looking for when I go in because being a woman sometimes I am not exactly sure what I need. I just know what I want to build lol. He also helped me sign up for a pro account So I can keep track of all of my receipts for my business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a barn door 5 months ago and it still hasn’t been installed. Installers keep quitting or Home Depot says they can’t find installers. Then why are you offering it as an option with purchases? Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I had touch-up paint mixed. Nikki in the paint department did a great job of mixing and then adjusting the color and sheen to a perfect match. 👍

I think self checkout needs to go away. I'm forced to use it and I do not care to use it. I do not work here and do not wish to do the job of a checker. It takes away jobs. I would rather wait in a longer line to check out but you don't always have a regular checkout lane open.

The store is well kept, products are neatly arranged on shelving, employees are friendly and willing to answer all questions. I purchased carpeting and several additional items for remodeling a condominium.

Drove from Cedar City to this store for a Storm door. Was worth the drive! Karma and Brandy provided excellent customer service. The service this store provides is A++
