great store to shop or just "wander"

My wife and I had an awesome! experience. Your associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist us in answering our questions and ready to find a particular item we needed. This store is always clean and items are easy to access, no clutter anywhere. One associate spend at least 1/2 hr or more assisting us in the tile section of which we surely did appreciate. The cashiers are also very helpful as well. I truly would recommend this store to anyone. Thank You.

We leave be just around the corner and have been doing several home projects. Every member of the staff we worked with we're kind, helpful and went above and beyond in every instance! Great people!

Great store in all aspects

The home depot on Sunset Rd is neat, clean, items are properly labeled and easy to find. The people who work there seem like they enjoy working there.

Great place

I have shopped here for many years. I am retired military and use the Military Appreciation discount offered. This is a great offer. It has become a standard for me. But, please do not send any Promotions via email or any source.since they mean nothing if you have any say on that. The paint promotion was not valid with any other offer, promotion, or Pro Xtro Paint Rewards Paint which I found included my standard Military Appreciation discount. It was silly of me to think they were different, one being an appreciation for service and the other a promotion of a product and that both could be used. At that everyone was professional in their dealings with me. The paint clerk did a great job helping me find what I needed. At check out the clerk was friendly in her advising me that I could not use the promotion and military. So was the store manage when I asked to talk to the manager. All is well and I will continue shopping there.

Ryan was a great help, friendly and personable he led me to a great product. Sam in paint was mixing like a bartender on a cruise ship, busy but still politely asked me if he could leave for a second to help an impatient customer which I thought was nice. Christa at the cashier stand was a treat, another great reason never to use a self check out.

No one ever at the front to take your money. 3 out of 3 trips to buy boards and materials - no one!. Give me a break if I am wrangling a dozen long 2x8's, gun nails, and a compressor, I need some professional help checking out not a computer.

When I was checking out last week the clerk asked if I had a military discount. I said I didn’t know about it. He explained the process and who to talk to. I completed the application, which was very easy and now have the discount which I have used several times. I really appreciated the clerk making the extra effort to inform me of this service. I wish I could remember the name of the clerk.

Great location, great people, usually has what we need, organized well, good prices.

The store very clean , friendly people excellent customer service

The staff is awesome !! Everybody knows where products are located. I particularly am grateful when I get to talk to a skilled tradesman of 20 -30 yrs who can give me detailed instruction on my needs or situation. Like Kenny (Sparky)

We find our Home Depot very helpful, not only in the service we receive and the products we find but the idea that it's only 12 minutes from our house. We also appreciate the military discount we get with every purchase and the respect from the cashiers about my military service.

My husband and I could not have been more satisfied with the friendly and courteous service we experienced at this store. Yes we did find the products we were after in appliances, lumber and garden easily. We will definitely return to this store.

Helpful friendly staff

This store is the best!

Virtually all the employees have been helpful while I have been remodeling my gutted house. Always quick to help whether purchasing , returning or dealing with a special order problems. I have never left this location without the issue at hand being resolved or without a specific employee working to resolve a more involved problem. Good people, always willing to help with each segment of my self induced project.

Open dog policy & Military Discount greatly appreciated. Received superior service by three employees regarding a potentially disastrous shopping experience. It was handled in a very professional manner. We found a large supply of area rugs on a follow up visit. Store employee Ryan was most helpful picking out two rugs & wrapping them for transport. He also helped with a prior discount. Store was clean & associates went above & beyond as to service.

The store is very organized and I always know that what I need will be in stock. When I do need help, the associates are always very friendly and helpful

I have been a Home Depot customer for over 30 years, your customer service just keeps getting better and better. Today, Kenny Riddle, your Master Electrical Specialist was fantastic! He helped me resolve a lighting issue retrofit with extra understanding about what to do and how to do my bathroom shower lighting replacement. He directed me to the right product which was in stock and he showed me how to install it. You cant get that kind of help in other home improvement stores. Great job Kenny, it was nice to meet you and to have you work out a difficult electrical problem for me. I am sure I will be back soon, thanks again. Don French St George, Utah
