I was given conflicting answers from sales associates when I asked for clarification of sign under AC filters.

Wanted a price for my kitchen. Was told 15-25 thousand . That’s not an estimate that’s a guess. I know it wouldn’t be down to the dollar but at least try. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I always go online first. If Home Depot has what I’m looking for I go to the store. No wasted time.

The clerk pulled a fast one on us and charged us an extra $25.00 without telling us!! Completely unethical

I generally don’t like to go to this Home Depot because it’s always so busy but thankfully I ended up being helped by Hernan. This gentleman was extremely outgoing and helpful, if it wasn’t for him I probably would have left. He took his time to go over everything and help me get set up with a credit card. Purchased a new Washer/Dryer (LG) the experience was wonderful. Ms. Ana Garcia was very helpful and informative and went the extra mile to assist us.

My house was hit by Hurricane Milton and I have shopping this store since then In store employees lack the common knowledge to assist customers properly. There were plenty of times I walking around looking for items and employees hurriedly walked past me as if I wasn't there looking confused, I'd rather have an employee tell me, " I don't know but let me get someone who can help you." Had plenty of merchandise delivered damaged and or wrong, Its been a nightmare.

Stopped in for a few things. Brian Boyd helped me with great service. He knows his stuff, very polite and professional. I was stopped on the way out by a man named Sam, store manager. Very interested in my visit. He was working with a few other employees but stopped to engage me. I thanked him for his interest and help.

It was not just this time that was so delightful, it's like this every time I shop in this store. Always greeted by so many employees, always asked if I need help finding anything and never have I not been thanked for shopping in the store. Very amazing and rewarding.

The clerk did not include my military discount.

At checkout, the clerks are always super friendly and smiling. That’s a huge plus, in my opinion.

I went to purchase 20 bags of the advertised 5 for $10 bags of mulch. I saw the signs stating the sale above the palettes of mulch. I loaded up and went through checkout thinking at the time that the price seemed high but since I had purchased a couple other items I didn't check my receipt until I got home and unloaded everything. The brand on sale was Scott's I had bought Vigoro. Signage should never be above the wrong product. Yes it was partially my fault for not checking brand b4 loading but come on...

We purchased rock, pine bark, dirt, diamond crystal salt, loppers, ground stakes and 2, 1.25 gal. of weed and grass killer. We have finished our project and all looks nice.

Had a great experience. The person who helped load items into our car was wonderful and patient. Wish every store had this great customer service.

This is the Home Depot store that I always shop at.

The staff at this store is always helpful. If they don't have it, they will call another store to connect me to the product I need.

The store has what I need most of the time, pricing is ok and most of the time it is a pleasure to shop there.

I wanted a hand held shower with a long hose. The sales person suggested the product with a matching long hose. All of the parts from the same MFG fit perfectly.

I have reported on this store in the past. Customer service is what I keep coming back for. Keep it up #6364. Your the best I've ever come across.

Always willing to go the extra mile to help customers

This location was a cluttered mess when I went this weekend. There was no staff to assist finding the items I needed. They only had 1 of the double deco light switch (of the 2 that we needed to replace) remaining on the shelf, but we had to search through multiple stock boxes to even find that. We ended up leaving with only 4 of the 20+ items we had come for. The checkout was the worst part of the experience. Only one actual teller and all customers were being funneled into self-checkout. Of the 8-10 self checkout lanes, only 4 were operational and one individual was helping with those. There was a 7 minute wait for even the self checkout. It was a Sunday, so a wait is expected, but that long for self checkout?

on multiple trip at multiple locations have been approached by unlicensed ppl in the parking lot asking to hire them for work. me being a licensed professional I refuse but un suspecting home owners may not. the way the approach is aggressive and sometime not friendly but demanding they have made even me feel uncomfortable. they are preying on the weak during this unfortunate time

Jacara at the Home Depot on 22nd Ave. N. St. Pete was extremely helpful to us. She assisted us on our appliance buying. She was extremely knowledgeable.

Totally worst experience ever couldn't get help Ask for. Help and then got passed over by somebody else. Then they put in the wrong address. Then they lied about the shipping date. Then they yelled at me because of then they still had on their webpage that you could get to deliver that amount of time and that couldn't which is crazy. I don't understand why they would be so rude and mean further mistake

Stores inventory needs to be better controlled by the computer.

Purchased new refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer to replace ruined appliances due to the recent flooding. The recommendations and knowledge of the salesperson was outstanding and we are very pleased.
