Associates were Incredibly helpful!!! I needed to fit a previously built BBQ in my Prius, and they took the parts off that were a barrier. They were careful not to damage my car and and took great care in tying the back hatch door down so I could drive home without losing the BBQ.

I love the custumer service and everything was well organized and clean.

the employees in tool rental really know their stuff and are great at what they do. everytime i go to tool rental, they always succeed in helping me with what i need. they make my experiences painless.

It was clean but there was not enough help available

I had paint mixed and left to shop nearby while the paint was being mixed. When I returned there were three other customers waiting to be helped and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the associate to return

I went to purchase a specific gas pressure washer. I checked online prior to visiting the store and learned they had 7 in stock and where the item was located in the store. The item was stocked on the very top shelf so I notified a cashier that I needed assistance in retrieving the item. Within five minutes the product was loaded into a cart and taken to the check-out for me.

Store stocking should be done at night. Aisles were closed due to product on floor.

Decent sales people, but had to wait more than an hour for fork-lift operator. All the guys were out for lunch at 7:00p.m. (peak hour) at the same time. The prices were not competitive. We had purchases a whole bunch of stuff expecting a discount promised by the Sales Associate. The Assistant Manager did not budge and did not want to listen to the concerns. We bought it anyway as we were all very tired and hated to return everything. Overall very negative experience.

Deborah my associate was very helpful and knew her business. The Store was clean and well maintained. Everyone had a smile on their face. It was a good shopping experience

MS. ROXY BASS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I DESCRIBED MY PROBLEM. SHE TOOK ME RIGHT TO THE PRODUCT AND INFORMED ME WHERE I MIGHT FIND ELECTRICAL PANELS OR PARTS THAT HOME DEPOT DID NOT CARRY. SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE.

There are those H.D. customers who are DIYers but it is good to know that Store 1022's Lead Generator is working all aisles to let customers know of the great and fair priced installation services.

I was in a bit of a stressed out mood before going to home depot. I had to supply three different job sites with material, as well as supervise the workers. In addition to the daily stress of being the boss and ONLY FEMALE on the crew, my time is limited. I needed to return/exchange 14 bags of red bark for black bark. I thought the process would be difficult and was ready to put up a fight, but instead Josh, the assistant store manager rescued me from myself by honoring my request for exchange with no hesitation. Jennifer and Ikea demonstrated high quality professionalism by treating me as a valued customer. At the end of my visit, I left with a smile on my face and feeling like I had accomplished my goals for the day. Thanks

my husband and i were please with our expectations at this home depot store. we were in flooring and had to purchase carpet. we were met with a very kind and knowledgeable associate Niqua. she answered all our questions with ease. needless to say we were able to make a purchase that day and left the store very satisfied
