This Stockton Store on Feather River Drive has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Patton in the Electrical Dept. was a great help to me. Same with Cashier Gloria who was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. A satisfied Customer, Wayne .

If you’re looking for the best sales associate Home Depot has then look no further. His name is Roger Hahn. He goes beyond the call of duty to help customers.. I’d been so frustrated trying to find the parts I needed to finish my raised garden bed project. He took the time to help find all the parts I needed to put the project together. He was patient too because I didn’t know all the technical names to the parts I needed. He was truly a godsend.

GLORIA was kind helpful and welcoming 😊 we need more employees like her I felt like I knew her all my life it's nice to be assisted like that thanks Gloria for making my experience with home Depot a great one

If you need professional support in plumbing, go on the weekends when Hector is there he’s awesome

The customer service is exceptional. Whether in the plant department, paint, flooring, blinds, customer service is consistently great. I appreciate having this store in my neighborhood. It's my second home! :)

The older African American woman with glasses needs to brush up on how she talks to customers or she shouldn’t work there. She’s not friendly with customers at all.

Choosing a countertop color and material was difficult, but Vanessa patiently helped through this tedious process.

When I don’t need assistance, the store is fine. If I need help, it’s difficult to obtain knowledgeable help. I do like the neighborhood convenience.

I needed a small item, but the gentleman who helped me, Roger Hahn, was kind and knowledgable. He even walked me to the check out, introduced me to the cashier and thanked me for coming in.

this Home Depot in particular is one of the nicer locations in the area. Nomrally has what you need in stock the lumber is generally good the flower department has lots of sales if you look the workers are always very nice

amazing workers super fun and easy to talk to

First, Had an electrical need. Showed picture to associate & he nailed what I needed. Very nice man. Second, cashier helped ring my order up. Didn't have to do self-serve & APPRECIATE THAT! Third, I left my cell behind. Came back & couldn't find it. Employee saw me worried, asked why, told her & she used radio to see if someone had found my phone. An employee found it & put in Customer Service. Got my phone back! Thank you to employees Abril, Samantha, Alexis & Manager on duty! Great service & team.

Always a mess, paving is deteriorating. Unfortunately inviting for homeless, which makes the store decidedly uninviting.

THE PRICE ON THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT WAS WELL LABELLED ON THE SHELF.

So much stuff is piled in the aisles that its difficult to wheel a cart thru. You have to stop if someone is coming the other way. I suppose the manager is trying to make up for the fact that this is a smaller store. You'd think they would have learned their lesson after the fire in the San Jose store. Also, lots of the posted prices are wrong.
