Associate Don Little from appliances was Amazing! He was tireless in his assistance. All questions I asked, he answered well. If no answer was apparent, he sought one out from others. Thanks to Home Depot for associates like him. I Love Home Depot.

I found everything I needed in order to sand and stain some wood. However there was a large immovable ladder in one of the paint aisles directly in front of the wood stains. It didn't inhibit my ability to find the right stain however it was pretty inconvenient to contort and reach around it to compare stain colors. This however, won't stop me from coming back to the store. Even though it isn't the closest home improvement store to my apartment, I still choose Home Depot over the other closer store (that may or may not begin with the letter 'L').

The Team that they have at this store is great! They are always very helpful, courteous and answer every question I can come up with. I use to shop at the competitor down the road and will never go back!

It's very tricky in the retail store environment for a sales associate to know what is enough, and what is too much. The people in this store "have it". I was not approached at any time, unless I stopped and was "scratching my head". And any time at this Home Depot (not true of all of them) I needed help, I got it.

Bad online experience online with sold me item not in stock at NE store, not NW store.

We went to the Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL store to get tile for our bathroom project as well as bathroom vanities. They had the tile for the walls but not for the floor of the shower, but the associate in flooring told us they had the tile for the floor at the Capital Circle NW store. So we put our other items back and drove over to the Capital Circle NW store. We met Brandon in the flooring section who was very helpful and we found everything we needed and more and even found one of the bathroom vanities we needed. Brandon checked us out and he was very helpful and was the perfect example of customer service and in fact everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to that store which is actually closer to our home.

Everything was fairly easy to find. Wanted keys made but could not get anyone at athe key place and did not want to wait....

My mind visit was to look at tools with my husband but ended up buying paint and paint supplies. The young man that was in the paint department was great. I purchased the Behr paint. I have heard great things about the quality of the paint. My husband also purchased some tools

During our search for the right materials to renovate our bus into a mobile pop-up store for our clothing company all of the employees we encountered were more than willing to help. A few names I would like to include that went above and beyond expectations were Ray, Norris, Jeff, and Miguel. Not only did they help us tremendously and save time, they were very enthusiastic and so motivated to help us. It truly felt like a family although we have never met any of these employees before. With the help of these 4 in particular we were able to accomplish much more than we expected and we can't thank them enough for their expertise. The 3 of us from Kowasaclothingco wanted to have these 4 gentlemen recognized for their help and generosity. We didn't have to ask for their help but rather were confronted and greeted by all employees for help with great attitudes and that's why we will always stay loyal customers to The Home Depot. Thank you so much from the Kowasaclothingco family.

The section of the store I shopped in was well organized. the person helping me was well informed. i received immediate service from store person- as soon as I walked up and asked about the product I wanted. They loaded the item quickly. From start to finish i may have been in the store 10 minutes.

Keymaree and jake are super helpful to find my cleaning supplies.

Shout out to HOME DEPOT on Capital Circle NW, Tallahassee, FL. I got the BEST service from Sheila in the garden department, and store manager Ray D. And, at least 6 store employees smiled at me and asked if they could help me as I wandered around doing my shopping. Shop at this Home Depot, and look for Sheila and Ray if you need help.

I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates. I will definitely go back to either one of the Tallahassee locations.

I use this store all the time and like verything about this store

I walked in with limited time, so I immediately spoke with an associate, I asked them to point me in the direction of a specific lighting fixture I needed. They not only told me where it was, they walked me there and grabbed the item for me. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. You can tell they take pride in knowing their store, knowing their products and being friendly to customers is an added bonus. This is the ONLY Home depot I go to in Tallahassee.

I am working on redoing my deck. I went to the store looking for a good deck stripper and the associate was glad to help me checkout and review the products that Home Depot carried. He checked the ratings on the different products and gave me the ratings so I could make the decision that would work for me. He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the assistance as I am a do it myself person with little experience on this subject.

Don help me in the appliance section. He was very knowledgeable, I needed a refrigerator and he knew about all the different brands. He knew the products and was so friendly and told me about the different sales and discounts available. Don also took time to explain to me how the extended warranty works. I also purchased a stove and freezer that I was going to get later in the year because Don showed me what I was looking for and they had been marked down. You need more associates like him. MAKE SURE HE GETS A BONUS THIS YEAR..... Lin.

Had a new associate, Victor, helping us. He and the gentleman training him were very helpful and just pleasant to be around. The attitude in this particular store is very good and I appreciate this.
