Very professional help from Jocelyn at the Appliances Department.

I always find what I need here with the beat price and the best friendly staff.

Went in looking for specific items related to hanging a new door in my sons room. Asked only one direction question and the answer was quick and accurate. Chose the wrong hinges but that was not their problem. I brought them back for an exchange and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. The thing that impressed me the most was the young man collecting lumber carts in the parking lot. He went out of his way to help me load the oversized door into my Toyota Camry. Showed me how I could load it all the way in and close the trunk without anything hanging out. Made my day! Over and above customer support! In the PARKING LOT. Impressive! Thank you for hiring this young man. Hes a gem! Keep up the Good Work Home Depot.

During my visit I noticed a number of associates that stood around talking to each other and not offering help to shopper in their area. The one associate that did offer her assistance she was able to cross reference department to aid me in finding the materials I needed to accomplish my task. No one was available in the paint and lumber department.

I found just the flooring I needed for the house at a Great price! It was in stock at this store. The good guys at the store helped me get in and out. Just made it easy and fun for me and my wife. Nice place to shop for what you need around the house. Thanks Home Depot...We'll be back for sure!!

No matter what I might need these guys always have it and the people to help me find. It's the only place I will ever go.

Easy to find exactly what I was looking for and all of the associates were very knowledgeable of the products as well as other tips and tricks for getting work done faster.

It was great to jave associates that were ready on hand and knew where items was in store without a up and down the aisle search challenge. The store was neat and prices were reasonable enough for me to come back and recommend to family friends and coworkers

I was looking for several different items I normally don't need. I had to ask where things were located and had no problem receiving assistance. Then I discussed the merits of a multitool product vs. a small table saw with an associate who helped me make a decision. Lastly, they helped me load the saw not only onto the cart but into my car. I had come straight from work and was not prepared to move the item myself. I would have had to go home and come back later.

Kudos Dion for helping with make the purchase experience easy. Found my item online but I needed the 15% off discount applied and the associate helped me with that. Later he asked if I wanted to apply for a store card which could help with 0% installment purchase. Everything was processed right. Happy to be waiting for my washer, dryer. Good work!

I was very happy with my Recent Visit to Home Depot. Not only did I get help from 2 of the Associates on the Floor, they actually ask me as they were passing By - Can I help you? And to top it off at the self Checkout the Lady working the cashier Stand was absolutely Delightful. Helped me ring up some things as well as well as being very friendly and Happy.

A Hardware associate took me on a wild goose chase for a product he clearly and ultimately had no idea the location of. Three people were at the front end, yet not one had any competence. One argued with a customer over a price while the other couldn't figure out how to sign on or find the obvious UPC code of the item to scan. The manager or whatever, Tiffany, only bothered acknowledging me because I had one item. She had zero service skills. Highly upset by the terrible training all of these people received. Get it together, Depot!

GREAT GUY HELPED ME AT THE PAIN DEPARTMENT, EVRYONE IN GENERAL IN THE STORE IS VERY FRENDLY AND ALWAYS OFFERIING HELP,...DONT KNOW IF IT IS BECAUSE THEY SEE ME THERE ALL THE TIME SO I HAVE BECOME FAMILIAR TO THEM SPECIALLY BECAUSE I RIDE THE ELECTRIC CAR WITH MY 86 yo MOM TOGEHTER, or just because we MOM & I ARE SO CUTE LOL

They have everything at that store. I have no problem finding something what I needed to look for.

The Cashier was very knowledgeable and patient...dealing with returns from a job that I wasn't able to get all the receipts from the contractor. The computer was giving her problems and the line was stacking up. She acknowledged everyone and directed them to another cashier when available. I'm in the middle of a huge remodel and have ordered on line and purchased special order through this store with no major problems. Just wish they were a little more trendy with in store items and displays.

I feel comfortable coming to this location, it always has my favorite materials in stock and check out is usually easy either with a cashier or self check out.
