Haven’t experienced such a borderline hostile staff in quite some time. Clearly resented their conversation being interrupted to do their job and assist and the self-checkout, clearly don’t need the business!

I returned some boxes that I had not used from my move and Kierston was EXTREMELY RUDE, accused me of having had used a box that was sold to me damaged from an online order. No thank you or any sort of polite words just coldness and accusations. Also another cashier was very unpleasant when I asked where the return desk was.

I been going to this home depot for 15 years and it is the building supply store

My wife and went to Home Depot on a spur of the moment shopping spree. Once we decided on what all we wanted the guys on the floor were absolutely awesome. They helped us to load out carts, to the register, the to load everything in my truck. These guys are truly awesome. This is my Home Depot.

Sadly lacking in customer service. Not one person said hello or smiled or greeted me when I had an inquiry. Dealt with 4 attendees and finally found the product I was looking for by myself.

I needed to purchase a specific mix of Behr exterior paint. I checked on line before I came to the store. When we could not find, Mark checked to see if perhaps it was still being unloaded which proved to be the case. Mark also blended the paint to the proper color match and then helped me load the 5 gallon container into my truck. Employees make the shopping experience and Mark is among the many fine employees at the Westheimer Home Depot.

Angel saw that I had multiple bags of pine bark mulch and plants to load in my vehicle and he just appeared at my vehicle to help me load it all up. Such great service Angel! Thank you!

Customer service is great

Held up the line because they didn’t want to assist me with my military discount. Embarrassing. Blonde lady in garden section knows her stuff and was the bomb.com. Cashiers made me feel so embarrassed I put most of my items back.

Did not know how to use Home Depot app, unable to assist veteran customers obtain military discount and made no effort to try and assist.

I bought an auger but set about a month ago ,and I love it

Always find the products you need and employees are always available to assist you. This store never disappoints.

The Garden department has expanded and i like having choices!

Andrew was a great help when I had to make a return. This location did not have what I needed in stock and he looked up other stores that did have it in stock so I knew where to go. Thank you Andrew!

Employees, and especially John in the Pro-Checkout area, were very helpful in helping us resolve an issue with our account and in purchasing a product. He resolved our issue and made sure we left satisfied. We will definitely shop at this store in the future.

Staff are poorly trained to do their jobs. Can't get management team to come to the front to help you with a problem which speak volumes about why it is hard to shop this store. Sad for me because I live very close by, yet have to drive a distance to get a store well trained to do paint products. Paint manufactures beware they run your customers off because they don't know how to deal with paint issues or have training to do things properly. Ive been a customer of home depot for years and wish they would get assistant managers or someone to do their jobs. HR hire more and better folks too.

Like most locations, this one has some horrible employees. Today in particular, the older man in the plumbing department; belligerent, rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and uninformed. You can find better informed and profession people at Mcdonalds.

Overall very clean and organized, unlike the store at Copperfield which is much closer to my home.

Overall a good shopping experience . Employees seem to be very busy and a little stressed. There was a nice lady helping me at checkout.

Out of many other home depot stores in this area, this home depot is the best . Customer service is amazing. Eventhough all employees as nice to customers Mr .John is extremely nice and took his time to locate the item that I needed.

Don't go to this store if you think your going to need help with something, otherwise you should have a pleasant shopping experience, at least the cashiers are friendly.
