This is my main go to store.

Just had an amazing experience with Sharon in the mill department; also, Fletch assisted with my purchase. I knew nothing about the item I needed, but they were knowledgeable, helpful and I left with exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

I had trouble with the store in signal Hill. They were not able to rectify the situation. I took it to Westminster special thanks to Nikki that the rep there she was able to straighten everything out and get my order to me. I appreciate it very much.

I buy all of my supplies at Home Depot.

This store has almost any item I need in stock. If I need to order any thing, the order arrives within a few days.

I buy everything from Westminster Home Depot.

They don’t take big ticket items back without an original receipt. And somehow the items I purchased didn’t show up as cash purchases or credit card purchases under my name, as I am a veteran and use my discount every purchase, so there should have been something in their system. It hurt because all those added up to several hundred dollars and now I’m stuck with it all because of an inept customer service rep and inept management and lousy tracking system of purchases. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years and didn’t appreciate the attitude or denial of returns. Its time to shop somewhere else and hopefully get better service from someone else who actually care about the customer.

The Home Depot on Westminster Ave in Westminster has been my go-to Home Depot for years. It has had a tradition of good product selection and good service, including some good products that aren't available in other local branches of the company.

I was not about to find what I needed but the staff was very helpful to purchase what I needed online.

I am always greeted in a professional manner. My favorite Home Depot.

The Manager and the sales person both exceeded our expectations..their knowledge was very helpful to us to make the right decision on our purchase

Easy to compare price tags

Daniel in the paint area was a great help to us since we were unsure of the product we needed to buy.

I place an online order and was shipped to my house and was damaged. Assistant Manager Rich denied taking my order back he told me that I need to take back to the Garden Grove Store. Pulse he denied to provide Store Manager work email.

The checkout staff are very good here.

Employee Allie was very helpful in showing us pet friendly artificial grass and showing us what chemical was also pet friendly.

I came in for a return/exchange. The person helping me out with a return ignored my instructions in how I wanted to return to be made. He ignored what I had to say & pretended to do what I asked but when I looked at my receipt he obviously did not do what I needed. After that I went to grab some things I needed off the shelf & I asked another employee for a price check. To which he replied rudely & rubbed me off acting like a customer shouldn’t ask for a price check if it’s already on the shelf. Maybe if the shelf wasn’t so messy I wouldn’t have asked for a price check! Especially when I bought the item for cheaper than what was marked.

Chen was a exceptionally kind and knowledgeable He made buying a washer dryer easy.

I was struggling to find out which product I should buy and Victor was extremely kind and helpful when helping me pick out what I needed for my bonfire.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Victor, the cashier in the garden/outdoor section. Victor went above and beyond to help us with markdowns, showcasing not only his expertise but also his genuine kindness and friendliness. His willingness to go the extra mile made our shopping experience truly memorable. We’re grateful for the exceptional service and hope to see Victor again on our next visit!

Sharon in customer service is the best. She was able to help me return items from a project that made my experience easy and fun.

Store provides free monthly kids workshop. This store also helps with some local high school events.

Absolutely the worst staff in the history of home depot

1st Ashley (carpet area) she was a TREMENDOUS help with the purchase of some floor padding that matched 2nd Mary (by the keying machine) she was a TREMENDOUS help with locating the Glide Sliders 3rd Phillip (cashier) he was SUPER FRIENDLY~greeted me with a smile, asked if I found everything ok & even thanked me for coming in this evening. This team was EPICLY AWESOME!! They have that kindness & willingness to assist & really seemed to want to help with my needs & THAT is much appreciated!!
