We purchased this product today. RYOBI Gas chainsaw; Clerk even asked if we needed a quick instruction on how use this product

The Westmoreland Home Depot is hit and miss on service. Even though it seems to be a lot of employees on the floor, sometimes you'll come across one who is "not sure" where something is, they won't pull out the locator to be able to give that answer, and they don't try to help. It's not often, but it happens at all the stores. The quality of service is hit or miss and even like that with the self-check out. However, it's a necessary business in this part of town. Ovearall, I dig the place.

The prices were far less for the items I needed to cleanup my yard.

Luis, manager of the store, was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great manager. Karen, cashier, was quick, smart and helpful. She went above & beyond. I will definitely shop there again. It was an awesome experience!

Brianna who was located in the self checkout was super helpful and kind. There was also a young lady who wears a mask and glasses who was super super kind. Great customer experience for myself. Can’t wait to come back.

Ricky checked me out at register in garden department. He knew exactly where I needed to go to find my item. He greeted me upon entry to that department. Nice guy. Give him a raise and/or bo us. He knew his stuff!

I been and another home depot nothing compere to this one

I came in looking for lumber for a photography project. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed. It was no simple task and he did it all with a smile. Because of Chris we will definitely be coming here for all of our project needs. Hands down the best service we’ve ever gotten at Home Depot.

Ricky was great that he helped us frind all of the materials we needed for a DIY project. Tayler was very helpful at the check area.

I go to this Home Depot several times a week and I usually find everything I need. I have noticed that the store is A LOT cleaner than it was a year ago. Whoever is over the store is doing a great job along with the associates.

I usually don't visit this store because the young people you hire are usually unable to lead me in the right direction. However, I had to go to the store due to proximity to a landscaping job and I was assisted by Darlene. She's an older woman who wasn't on her phone, was quick to assist me, and even checked me out when she was about to take her lunch break. She walked my purchase to my truck and loaded me up. I was thankful because I came there expecting to get the usual: a young person, on their phone, taking their time to get me the assistance I needed. This particular visit was five star because of DARLENE.

I purchased my items and the cashier Ms. Darlene was extremely nice and professional. She is a keeper.

Miss Diane in the garden center is very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.

The store is located on Wheatland and not Westmoreland Rd. Ms. Darlene, Mr. Boyd and Mr. Ricky were excellent in with their customer service skills. So glad to know great customer service still exist. :)

Some Area Stores appear to have more or less of some stock items than the Westmoreland/Wheatland Road. Is there a Economic reasons for this based on Zip Code?

I asked a employee where a product was and she pointed me in the wrong direction she was more worried about texting on her phone than helping extreamly rude

Did not have my item in stock very willing to place my order . Darla was friendly & professional , also the two gentlemen s in ceiling & fans which assisted in finding my item online & instructed me to order desk . Thanks for making it a smooth transaction 😊

Every employee I encountered was very polite and helpful. Kudos to this store team and management.

Upon entering the store this morning, I was greeted warmly by the cashier who later offered suggestions for plants I should consider. She also helped me locate a specific plant I was looking for but had passed by without seeing. The cashier was extremely helpful, personable and competent. She made my morning shopping experience, a positive one. Thank you.

I bought a dishwasher and returned it. The customer service in the customer care area in the store is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone shop at 2901 Wheatland Rd Dallas,Tx 75237

Two ladies who worked in lawn/garden center were so helpful. Shout out to Darlene and Joyce! While Joyce checked me out and was so sweet, Darlene loaded my car and was extremely nice - helpful - friendly. Nice to get "old school" service versus self-service. Store was stocked with all of the items I was looking for. Great experience overall!

I must have you know how bad a Home Depot can be but this one was awesome we found a person to help us five different times they were all helpful they were all knowledgeable and they were all so friendly we really thought we were in a different store I've never been to this Home Depot before but I will be coming back to it it's worth the drive

Just wanted to shout out about the great customer service I received from Darla at the Wheatland Home Depot Store. She answered all of my questions, even walked me over to other areas and answered those questions about the products. Exceptional service and it wasn't even 7 am yet.... that's great customer service. I loved it... Debbie

I don't understand why Home Depot has a nursery center if they won't staff it. They should just stop pretending to be a garden center since they apparently don't have the staff to operate.

In order to receive the 10% Military/Veterans discount on purchases at Home Depot, showing your ID is now not enough. You, according to the cashier, must go online to apply to show you that your military service is appreciated by them, by applying for their 10% discount.
