Jessie A. is always so helpful and knowledgeable! When you need something done we always hope Jessie is working. We also wanted to thank you for giving such generous discounts for being a Veteran. Not all companies recognize our Vets. The cashiers always thank my husband for his service once he shows his card. How respectful! Bottom line is Lowes may be closer but we always drive the extra distance for The Home Depot on Westport!

Although I frequently shop several Home Depots and usually receive good service, the customer service I experienced while trying to purchase items in the lawn and garden department went beyond what most associates usually provide. Great customer service at this location.

Came after a specific product. Found it quickly, with no hassle, and checked out. Received a discount because I was a veteran made the trip extra nice. In and out of the store in record time.

It's been a while since I've been to Home Depot as the company I work for has their corporate account with Lowe's. On Wednesday 7/1/15 my truck was broken into and all of my Ryobi tools were stolen prompting a visit to Home Depot. At first I couldn't quickly locate the tools I was looking for as there is a sale going on and shelves were empty, a quick check on homedepot.com said there were 3 in stock at this store and it popped in my mind "I wish there was a way to show where they were on my phone"....indeed there was! Within a couple clicks I found one of the items I was searching for 2 isles down, sitting with the other two! Awesome feature that saved a bunch of time, I still had to use an associate to help locate another item and just as i remembered, the associates are knowledgeable and eager to help.. I really enjoyed the breath of fresh air my visit provided dispite a gloomy day and having real time inventory and location in the palm of my hand allowed me to get in, find what I need, and get back to work with a minimal amount of down time.

shelves were well-stocked and clearly labelled..one product I wanted was out of stock.

The store was clean and we'll organized and the staff was well knowledge and friendly.

I was able to conveniently run in and out which is important for my fast paced life style!

From walking in to the store to making my way to check-out, the associate experience was extremely helpful. The associate standing at the entrance immediately asked me what I was looking for and wanted to know whether I needed help finding it. I did need help, so she led me right to it. When I was in the isle, I found the product I wanted and asked the associate in the tool department about the product I was thinking about purchasing. He answered each question with no hesitation. I went to the check-out lane and met an associate with a smile asking me, "did you find everything you needed?" I did.

I Went to the store for potting soil. The brand I wanted was out of stock. I had to wait for assistance and still did get what I wanted. The associate tried to help but he had to help someone else also. Educating the associates more would help. The cashier was very friendly.

The store had some remodeling going on but overall was clean . Store had items that i was looking for and easily found. Associate that helped with item was super friendly and knowledgeable about items purchased and extremely helpful loading items. If all associates are this helpful then shopping there would be preferable to stores that are closer.

Saw no store associates to ask for help but managed to find what I needed myself. DIY!!!!!

HD is more geared to construction/diy items than aesthetics, as long as you recognize that fact you can usually find just about everything you need. It is my first stop when I need to fix or repair something around the house.

Called and was disconnected 3 times. Angry clerks.

When entering the store I asked an associate for directions and he related the exact area. The product was easily found because the store is very organized therefore inviting. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It was a delightful experience.

I had to come in to return an item. Sally at the returns desk was very helpful and cheerful. She went above and beyond with her helpful comments and with locating additional items in the store. She made the return experience quick and easy.

Xonia,in lumber couldn't have been any sweeter,knowledgeable,kinder and went above and beyond to help me, she even talked to my contractor on the phone, at least 6 times,we called him, she was THE BEST ! She helped me and even showed me everything she could to help me make my decisions. Thank You Nancy

Reviewed options, features, pricing and reviews on line. Went to store to pick up the model desired. Model in stock with a recent price reduction. Store personnel helped me load up the item. Checkout offered VA discount. As usual, a great shopping experience.

Upon my visit this evening to Home Depot, I was able to find everything I was looking for. My husband and I experienced friendly staff and ease of shopping as the isles were labeled well. We also were able to use a mobile rebate coupon towards a cleaning product that we needed which saved us a trip to another store. Overall we had a pleasant experience and shall return in the future!

The store is very clean and clear of cluttered.The employees are very helpful with finding anything you need and have the answers to your questions.

products all over the place, 50% of the aisle I needed to get my products from were shut down because they were loading and un loading stock. Of the many employees working there, only one person attempted to help me find a simple product and couldn't. I went to the same store on another occasion and bought 10 10' PVC pipes (incase I had to return some, plus several $$$ clearance items shower/tub combo, 2 overhead vanity lights, etc). I asked the cashier if I would be able to return the clearance items if my husband did not like it, he said he "didn't know." I asked if he could call a manager or something through his head set, and he refused...I was buying $800 worth of product and I am there about every day (I guess for the sheer punishment or brutality of it)...as I was walking out the door with my awkward 10-pieces of 10' pipe, he hollered, "you want some help loading your car!" I was so mad about not calling the manager I declined. needless to say I cut my eye and gave myself a shiner trying to get them in my SUV. The 70+ year old lady loading her car next to me felt so bad, se started to assist me in loading the lighter goods...I was so embarrassed... I refuse to shop there again.

We are experiencing a challenging weed problem. Your associate in Lawn and Garden, Xiao W. took time to research the weed and recommend possible treatment solutions. His service was most helpful! After taking care of my problem, I noticed him giving the same good service to another customer.

I have been to several of the Home Depot locations across Louisville and hands down this is the best location. Sometimes getting to it off Westport Rd is a bit of a pain but well worth it once you are there and see how friendly the staff is how willing they are to assist you with any item large or small.

The cashier and the associates at this Home Depot are extremely pleasant and helpful! I love shopping here!
