I’ve lived in 7 states and been to a lot of Home Depot stores. This is by far the best one I’ve experienced. The store is clean, the associates are friendly and helpful. The typically have a nice level of inventory. I highly recommend this store.

Bought at local White Lk store so I could view the product (19" tall toilet) so I could view the product at the store before loading/taking it home to install

My wife and I were looking for blinds. Home Depot was 1 of our physical stops, excluding on line. Because of Elaine Schneider, Flooring Specialist, we looked no further. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and extremely patient. She greeted us by name and answered all our questions when we came in over the "decision week". Some of our questions were repeats, but we never felt it. The existing discount was a bonus, but we would have gone with Elaine regardless. John came out to measure and was professional, informative and respectful. We look forward to having him install the new blinds.

Everyone is very helpful . From showing me where the correct woods is to make a quality erected ( shed or a deck) . To even handing me a tape measure to measure my wood is the precise size needed . The team knows what pipe is recommended to lay into the crevice to keep main drain operable. Even got help in paint finding beher cauk. Just a great experience

I want to commend our salesperson Kim in the appliance department. She was patient and very knowledgeable.

With the website, I can see if my item is in stock, and I can find where to locate it. I can get in and out quickly. And then sometimes, I just like to "shop"! People are helpful and available. Store is always clean. I like this Home Depot (White Lake, MI)

I needed a certain color to match the trim of my cabinets and Sherlie went above and beyond to match the color I needed. When I wanted a special color for the trim to match the floor & counter tops in the same room, Sherlie DID IT AGAIN! SHERLIE IS WONDERFUL, I am so thankful she is there.

I went to the store to find a new electric range. Knowing what I already wanted, the sales associate Danny was very helpful in getting it ordered for us. A couple of years ago he also helped us with purchasing a new stackable washer and dryer. Kudos to this employee for all of his experience and kindness.

Nicole, took the time to help me in electrical, ducting, and other departments even though those were not her departments. She was very polite, and did not hurry me. I was able to get everything thing I needed.

Customer service desk staff is great. I know that Home Depot is not a hardware store but sometimes it would be extremely helpful if the hardware department carried the large selection of small parts often found in hardware stores. As my employer does not have a charge account with any hardware stores I often buy things from Grainger and McMaster that I could just grab at a well stocked Ace.

I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. There are plenty of associates available to help and the are typically very friendly. The store is usually clean and well stocked. It’s my go to store for tools, electrical and many other DIY items.

It’s a great store . A lot of the employees I see there regularly. Juli and service that normally dose my returns first thing . Paint department is always well informed. The prodesk I will sometimes screw with them and they give it back every now and then . Not only is everything easy to find and everyone is fun to talk too. The employees are just great people and always willing to help

This store always has what I need. Parking is great and the staff is always helpful.

A young lady, I believe her name was Rain, helped cut my wire shelf to the correct length and found all the correct accessories I didn’t even know I needed. Rain saved me a return trip to the store with her helpfulness. Thank you Rain

I bought items for a kitchen remodel and some were special order. Everyone was so helpful!

I went to the White Lake Home Depot today. While I was there an employee named Nicole asked me if I was finding everything ok. I told her what I was looking for and she went out of her way to find me everything I needed. She was pleasant, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with. She is the type of employee that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.

Corey did an excellent job helping us get our bbq into our vehicle. Very friendly too!
