I bought T labels after seeing them in the outdoor garden. They're fantastic, as I was able to label them with sharpies I bought at this store.

She is absolutely one the reason my company shops there. She's always friendly, kind and willing to lend a hand.

I bought all of the items I needed to clean up my yard . They had everything in stock. Would definitely go back.

As I entered the store I was greeted by three smiling staff members, shortly after another smiling cheerful staff member asked if I needed any assistance locating anything within the store. I needed assistance and the staff member knew exactly where I needed to go even walked me down there to make sure I found what I was looking for easily. Upon checkout another staff member asked me how my day had been, as well as if I found everything easily today. He then thanked me for shopping at the White Marsh Home Depot. 10/10 would recommend this clean and organized location with amazing staff.

Lots of help. But, no cashiers.

This is my favorite store because they still employ the retired people who have a ton of knowledge, and are willing to share it. I would pay extra just to shop at this particular Depot because of the employees. Also, the rental equipment is kept in amazing condition. I've rented from other Depots and the machines are dirty and abused. I don't know how this particular store has managed to retain so many great people but I love it. Knowledgeable staff who want to help others make a world of difference.

Needed some window trim. Staff was very helpful. Cut the trim to the size I needed.

I go to home depot as a customer not to work for home depot. This store never has a cashier available only self checkout, but there are always home depot workers standing by self checkout to tell you self checkout is open or they are just standing there bull crapping. Open the cash registers with cashiers or give discounts for self checkout and get rid of people (workers) just standing and doing nothing but costing home depot by collecting a paycheck.

Employees at this store do not always know what they are doing. Some can be very rude to customers. I usually drive extra and go to the edgewood store. There the employees are more willing to help customers and tend to know more.

OC total contractors went above and beyond, they exceeded my expectations. They were on time, finished quickly and were professional. I will definitely use them again.

We are doing major work in a newly purchased home, and the people at this store have been absolutely incredible helping us deal with the usual hiccups that happen with a tight turnaround even while we were back in Minnesota between the purchase and closing. Communication has been stellar, and the flexibility they have shown has been amazing!

I have visited this Home Depot several times because of my job. The store Associates, especially Kim and Kylene were a fantastic help. They along with the gentleman who helped me were pleasant and genuinely made a great team. Definitely will be back!

Purchased tools and did not receive all of them .. I called and they said I should see it next two days.. times up still nothing, I guess I have to spend more time taking to someone that do t know anything

I unknowingly stopped and asked an employee, Raymond, who was headed on break to help me with some pre hung doors. He went out of his way to help load and inspect the doors and then proceeded to meet me back at checkout to help ring all my items up. Above and beyond service.

Our 15 year old fridge stopped working and we came to Home Depot to get a new Fridge ! Had a great experience and we were very glad that we saw the fridge examples in person so we were able to make the proper choice for our home !
