The store was very clean and I found what I needed very easily. Store associates asked me if I needed any help, which I declined, as I knew exactly where the product was. Help was there if I needed it and that is a big plus for me.

We took the class on how to install tile flooring with Rob and Lynsay at the White Marsh store. Both associates were terrific. They showed in detail and answered all questions respectfully and completely. We had a great time and learned more than we could ever find on the internet. Kudos to Rob and Lynsay!

This store needs more staff in the evening hours. I would like to see the Home Depot model change to a more friendlier and engaging place to shop; in years past the local hardware store provided that service, but now they are all but extinct.

Paint associate Anna was exceptional in her knowledge of paint and was helpful and friendly

Had three different associates help me with my paint selection. All seemed like they had a lot of knowledge about the products. Checkout was fast and our cashier Beverly was very personable and delightful.

I ordered an item by phone and I sent my contractor to the store to pick it up. Both the department associate and customer service associate were very helpful.

I walk into Home Depot like a deer in headlights, and the staff is so willing to help! They all know where products are that I need. Compared to Lowes, the customer service is WAY better at Home Depot. I'd even pay more for the product to be treated nicely and have a good shopping experience. I'm very happy I used Home Depot for my latest home renovation projects.

The associate was quick to help me find the Ryobi Drill set that was on sale and he confirmed the sale price to the cashier. His initial scan of the product code in one part of the store did not reflect the sale price until he saw the sale price at another floor display that I had aleady spotted. My review of this product on the website helped me see that the quality of the product and the price was an incredible deal. Thank you Home Depot!

I thought I was going to HD for a quick trip to grab an indoor plant for my husband's new office and promotion. There was only one employee around to help and she was honest that she was just covering another employee's lunch break and new nothing about lawn/garden. I appreciated the honesty but it certainly made the trip longer than I desired with my 2 y.o..

My husband and I were looking for for all new kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer for our new home. We spoke to appliance specialist Howard Kramer who was extremely knowledgable and great to work with. We purchased quality appliances and were able to save a lot money.

The ladies bathroom was spectacular. The store was clean and the isles were organized and clearly labeled. Love using this store for my purchases.

upon entering the store through the flower entrance,i asked the cashier where the weed killer was,and she told exact,upon checking out,she rang up my purchase,and again very nice,I'm sorry I did not get her name,but sh was nice.

I ALWAYS GO TO THE HOME DEPOT FIRST BECAUSE THEY USUALLY HAVE ANYTHING I NEED. THE ASSOCIATES NEVER FAIL TO HELP ME AND THE CASHIERS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I ALWAYS END UP FINDING MORE THINGS THAN I ORIGINALLY CAME FOR.

I always shop this store and the associates and cashiers are always polite and helpful. I am a loyal home depot shopper and only go elsewhere if home depot doesn't have what I need. Most times they can special order it for me. I am very pleased with this store.

I have always found all of the Home depot's that i have shopped in to be friendly and courteous. They always seem to go out of there way to help and assist in any way possible. The paint department at White Marsh is probably the most helpful paint department we have ever dealt with and we will continue to go their in the years coming.

I have said this before,this store is further away than the store at golden ring,but I prefer to shop at this store,the associates help whatever needs,i like that.

I have shopped the White Marsh Home Depot for over 4 years since purchasing my home and each time, I am reminded as to why I not only shop Home Depot, but the White Marsh store in particular. I have shopped at other Home Depots in the Baltimore area, and while they are great stores, White Marsh has raised the bar. The store is always clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. But what makes this store the best are the associates. Each associate I have dealt with has not only been knowledgeable, but are friendly and approachable. It's nice to find a store and associates that are interested in more than just making the sale. Keep up the great work !

White Marsh, MD home depot is my favorite. You are in and out within 5 minutes! Everything is setup nice & they have good clearance rack
