If you are new in the area, this is a good store to check out. They have a wide product line, and very helpful staff. The people really go out of their way to offer qualified advice (do not pretend to greater knowledge than they have), and help you find and load the items you need. You can almost always find what you think you need, and sometimes something even better!

We had excellent customer service from employee, Jackie. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that inventory was not on the shelves and it took a while to find the item needed. Through all of that, however Jackie was outstandingly helpful.

Not as crowded. Easy to find things. Stuff in stock. Store is neat. Employees are nice.

I always have a good shopping experience at Home Depot White Marsh.

I shop for home improvement things often and Home Depot is my go to place. They are so organized and can find what I need quickly. Besides being friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to assist me and my non-profit, I have gotten to know many of the friendly employees and store Manager on a first name basis and they greet me as a friend whenever they see me coming into the store.

Cashier charged me for 3 individual pcs, when they were bundled in a 3-pack. He stood his ground, with the Asst Mgr.

Needed a custom color and went into the paint department were an excellent associate quickly mixed up the perfect match!

Always have what you need and if they don't have it there they will walk in the back and get it

The store is alway clean and neat. I go to other locations but alway prefer the white marsh the best.

Almost every employee that I have encountered at this Home Depot has been very helpful. They seem very well organized and happy at their job. Some of them have gone way out of their way in helping with certain things. Erica at the return counter is always very pleasant and helpful

The service counter per Ms.Carolyn is always pleasant and cheerful. I also enjoy the store Management Mike and Tiffany. Them 3 really are the reason I drive past most the other store to come here and most of all this store is CLEAN !!! Thanks, Mike.
