This store employees should be made aware to acknowledge the customer and not acknowledge the customer when eye contact is giving. Very disappointed to be overlook when your are standing by the desk in a particular department.

The tool rental guys Wallace, David, and Bray are very polite and take the time to explain things and help you. I always come back because of them.

I hate going to home improvements store because I seldom find help when needed or when I do I feel rushed. I went to this particular store because they had quantity of wood needed for my project. I needed help in 4 different areas and everyone who helped made sure I had what I needed

There has never been a time, urgent or not, that this store doesn’t have what I need. Shelves are always stocked and employees are willing to help. It’s a shame they changed their return policy, I’m one of those clumsy people that throws away receipts.

The Garland Rd store has many helpful, knowledgable and willing associates.

seems like every time I go into the store, you are moving things to different locations, and I have to find an employee to ask where this or that has been moved! WHY???

Katrina was extremely helpful, cheerful and “with it” today. I have been doing some work on our house and we frequent the store a lot. Thankful for team members like Ralph and Katrina who care and are considerate and professional. She should be moved up to mgmt, in my humble opinion. I am a completely satisfied customer. HMF

The employees were hostile, unfriendly, and ignorant of products. Inventory was low on several items and I had to go to another HD to finish shopping. It’s like they’re closing this location or something.

I’m so happy I stopped at store 0550 their customer service really goes above and beyond! They really put customers first at this store!

The mod a young man with a Japanese name Ikhatsu ? (I cannot remember the spelling or pronunciation, apologies), he was very professional, courteous, personable, good social and people skills. He took ownership and responsibility from A to Z to provide old-fashioned customer service like it used to be in the previous mid-20th century. Impressive ! I have worked 30 years in ugly corporate America, and this worker was amazing and more than deserves a raise and a promotion to keep him. Thank you.

Nick in millwork will take great care of you and make sure your doors are perfect for your project. I had tons of questions and he patiently answered them all while teaching me everything I needed to know about doors! I am VERY impressed with the therma-tru doors he sold me. Reasonably priced and an outstanding product.

This has been my go-to store for at least 20 years. There have been a-couple of times when I went to another store first and they didn't have what I was looking for. I wound-up and this store anyway and they and had what I was looking for.

Lovely people work there, but they do not appear to have the time to deal with customer and merchandise. Big store, poor signage, junky. Rather not shop there,but there are not other options.

I love this store. I always get prompt assistance if needed and the staff is always friendly and ready to help if needed. Usually I can find anything I'm looking for within a matter of minutes.

Customer service is lacking at this store. I believe it is a lack of management. Cashiers are careless, rude and very unprofessional during work hours. They socialize and are in their phones too much when they’re long lines of customers waiting to be tended too, it takes more than one or two employees to do a one person job just to continue socializing. This isn’t what Home Depot should take pride in when it comes to customer service.
