I purchased 10 bags of Vigoro black mulch and EVERY ONE WAS full of what I think was WHITE MOLDY SPORES!

bought the Dewalt set of battery tools, so happy that I did.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant

Every time I visit their store there is always a kind face to help me and they seem to know when I look confused because they asked me if I could use some help I don't have to search them out

We shopped around extensively for a complete appliance package for our kitchen. Tim supported our purchase. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Gave us a great quote and we came back a few days later to close the sale with Tim. We plan on working with him again in the future. Thanks to Tim and Home Depot!

Three stars for be available home depot employees are bad most avoid you which is crazy they are there to work I have to chase them around just to ask for help. There is one employee that covers plumbing area the is awesome which I knew his name always helps out besides him all other seems like I have to chase them around poor customer service do better Home Depot

I bought a washer dryer and freezer and the costumer service rep was very helpful and when it was delivered the delivery men did an amazing job and took there time to make sure it was all done right and set up

Although this store is not the closest to my house, it is a very friendly store, and I always find solutions to my repair problems. Employees in the store are very friendly and helpful. I want to acknowledge the help at the cash register. Alysia (?) was very helpful and nice. Thank you for a great experience!

Fine merchandise, what they have in stock, but the worst customer service I ever experienced. Almost Nobody knows the products and they won't admit they don't. They sent this old lady on a wild goose chase outside in the sleet for a product that did not exist. They also did not call or email when an ordered product arrived in their store for pick-up.

Purchased the vanity top, and when my installer went to put it in, it was damaged. Obviously the box was re-taped, but all of the parts and pieces were stripped and damaged

Shop local stores. This store is overpriced and a ripoff selling inferior Chinese junk

Dion my sales person at the Home Depot was excellent. He explained the various differences in my refrigerator choices. If you’re in the market for an appliance, Dion is the man to see. You won’t be disappointed.

I placed an online order. The order was only 1/2 recieved. Not only were the employees at that store rude but the management ignored our calls for over a day and then we're rude when we wanted to know where the rest of our order was. We sat on hold "while they checked on the situation" for over 25 minutes then we called back and we're told they were with a customer and were sent to another employee. If only someone would have returned a call or at least communicated with us in some way things could have been a lot less stressful.

Just want to thank the customer service gentlemen who was proactive and got my order completed (the 26 concrete blocks). Sorry, don't remember his name. Also, thank you to Zach, the young fellow who helped me to load my car.

The employees at the store where fantastic. One gentleman help me load the new grill into my Truck. I:m still assembling my new grill at home.

I was glad that people can still walk into HOMEDEPOT and have good employees go out of their way to help customers. I stopped Luther in flooring asking about air-conditioners, with no hesitation if it was or wasn't his department he took initiative to make sure you I was a satisfied customer and helped me. If he hadn't I can tell you I probably would have went somewhere else to save a few dollars. But because he was so nice and went out of his way, I figured I could do the same. I hope he stays put there, he's an asset to HOME DEPOT

The woman who was at the self check out this day was sooo nice and helpful!!! Asked every customer how they were and if they needed help. I needed help scanning and item and putting an item back. She was so efficient when I offered to to take the item back she nicely said not to worry she would do it. Great customer service!! A gentleman named Steve or Stevie in the wood isle also so helpful and polite !! Amazing workers.

I don’t mind the visit to Whitehall but that’s not my Home Depot to go to. My favorite is the one on Lehigh Street if the one on Whitehall could be the same way as the one on Lehigh Street I wouldn’t have a problem but every time I go to the one on Whitehall, no one wants to help when I Need help or they don’t know what I’m talking about but I go if I need something that I know where is at that’s about it

It is my go-to store for what I need for both the office and home.

Purchased a patio/deck door a few years back. We have been so pleased from the time of our purchase to the installation of the door.

On todays visit, sore was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful plus, they thanked me for shopping there. I would recommend this store for D.I.Y.ers

See the chick with red-orange or whatever hair color, she’s efficient. Plus check out the cleaning aisle, and scrub your bathroom.

Every time I visit The Home Depot at MacArthur Rd. Whitehall, PA 18052, I am more than pleased with the greetings, smile, patient and the priceless assistance every employee provide. I remembered met a new employee, sorry I forgot his name, who accompanied me to an aisle and assist me to get a "Round up" killer for weed and grass and a young lady who was stocking some items on the store shelves help him to get a Peppermint oil for rodents(squirrels) I was looking for. Definitely, this Store#4108 is a very nice one for shopping.

Long story short I always pay with Google pay I didn't know it wasn't accepted until all my stuff was checked out and didn't have my wallet so I immediately purchased a home depot gift card online and thought $80.00 would cover it but it didn't and I Saud to Janelle I would put 2 things back she smiled and replied no ill cover it thank God it was only $4.00.I often think about things and one is its the small things people do to make others happy.Thank you Janelle I will bring you lunch on my next visit
