We replaced an old rug with laminate flooring using one of Homes Depots contracted service providers USIG - Ocala (352) 732-5197 FL-CGC 061641 and we were very pleased with the results and the professional workmanship that J.R. our installer provided. He worked non-stop from 10am until about 2pm

Today was opening day for the new Home Depot serving the villages area. It was a wonderful experience. There were so many new vendors and new employees and a lot of excitement and A lot of knowledge from everyone I talk to. It’s a wonderful experience to be able to go to a store and the employees know what you’re talking about and how they can help you.

Most of the employees I have met in this store have been pleasant and helpful, yesterday Daniel working in the customer service department went above and beyond helping me put together the pieces of a DIY landscaping project, most appreciated...

There are many employees in the appliance dept.. Rick helped us. Het has many years of experience and asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and directed us to the models that met our style & measurement needs which made it easy to make a decision.

Store is new, neat and well stocked. I met one person, Thomas, in the tools department who was very attentive and helped immensely. On concern is that one or two of employees seen there, have pronouns like “They”, “Them”, “Shim” or “Sherm” on their aprons. PLEASE DONT GO WOKE HD or I will shop elsewhere.

When I went into the Home Depot store the first associate I spoke with was unhelpful and in general uncooperative. The second associate I spoke with was very helpful, showed me where the part was that I was looking for and had a very positive attitude. It is unfortunate all of the employees in the Wildwood store don't have the same attitude as the second associate. It is hard to hire for a positive attitude.

This Home Depot is awful they have the rudest employee that was cutting carpet or doing something with the carpet rolls this was morning time around 8:30 the actions I noticed from this fella have made me shop elsewhere more often then not

I have nothing but good things to say about my visits to Home Depot. The staff has always been helpful, but Rick Pierce in the Appliance Department is an especially accommodating and knowledgeable customer representative.

Love the new store. As a senior citizen would prefer a traditional check-out option.

We enjoyed everything about Hole depot. Richard was amazing and helped us find everything we needed. Unfortunately, inventory wasn’t enough short on an item we needed and we had to go to the Blue store to get them. We had a terrible experience there. We NEVER saw an employee and never received help. Thank you Home depot for being so customer oriented.

My current visit was to complete a kitchen pantry and cabinets remodel. I was greeted by Taylor, the store manager, upon entering the store and was assisted by a great cashier in the self check out section. This store is an asset to our growing community, as well as bringing new employment and convenience.

Excellent customer service and quality and variety of goods. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and courteous.

Brianna was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. She explained the features of a security camera in full detail. I was able to make an informed decision about purchasing the right product. This store is not my local Hom Depot but I will drive to this location just for Brianna's help.

A big complaint is all the stufff near the checkout Isles.

it is difficult to find people to work, and some of those in the store are perhaps not qualified for their positions. had a very difficult time with an older woman, (younger than I) who did not have proficient computer skills. I am techno challenged myself, but I was able to handle the website. for her to be working in Customer Service, she should have much higher tech skills than she displayed… she was very nice, just not trained or with the proper skills

I'm so happy they built a Home Depot in Wildwood. I've always shopped at Home Depot and it is nice having one close by. Store personnel are always helpful and polite.

Spinning in lumber and trim Brian offers to help me…what a God send..his patience, knowledge and cost saving ides helped me to save and trim my first window beautifully!

Purchased a new garage door motor/installation with great explanation from the staff.

Can’t wait for it to come in.
