I've been in other home improvement stores and they can't compare to HOME DEPOT. The employees know about their products and go out of their way to help you. The store is always so clean. Even employees that aren't assisting you say hello how are you? It's amazing how friendly they all are. Their are so many choices of appliances and such a beautiful display not just of appliances but throughout the store!!

Corey at the return desk is a thief. If you are returning items make sure you count your change and verify your transaction.

I have been to the store a couple of times now as I have recently arrived in the area. Everything that I need so far has been readily available under one roof, a true one stop shop. Friendly knowledgeable staff helps when you get into difficulties.

We love this Home depot. Everyone is polite friendly and helpful. Store is clean and stocked with stuff.

You need to provide help in lumber. Waited 25 minutes for someone to show up last night and another 15 minutes today to get plywood cut. The workers were awesome once the got there but the need more help. Headed to A&R in Mountaintop in the future

I love Home Depot for all our household needs. From Appliances to light bulbs . The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and items are priced fairly . The store is always clean and I see safety measures followed all through the store by employees, Just a great place to shop.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find what you are looking for and if not, any employee is eager to assist. Shelves are always stocked and store in clean.

THIS IS MY HOME STORE. IT ALWAYS EASY SHOPPING. HOWEVER, SOME EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE A BETTER FIT BEHIND THE SCENES RATHER THAN DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT. SOME HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK LACK DIVERSITY TRAINING

Horrible customer service. You are NOT appreciated at this store. You are treated as a nuisance than as a valued customer. Good luck finding someone to help and once you do good luck getting the service you need.

I was there to purchase a Rose Bush. After going inside the lawn and garden area where the flower are and not finding what I wanted. I was walking out and there there a ton of rose bushes on the other side of the parking lot. They had a nice selection of healthy plants and prices were not that bad.

Always superior service in this store!!! Associates are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. We have done a remodel and an addition to our home over the last few years, and could not have asked for better service from the people here!!

Clean and neat store. Good parking. Good prices. Nice employees. Employs Vets. They just don't sell home improvement items. Their garden center is great, and they have many household items, as well as patio furniture.

I enjoy this store. It is always clean and organized & associates are kind and helpful.

ON MEMORIAL DAY I WENT TO USE MY U.S. MILITARY VETERAN DISCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOME DEPOT POLICY. I PURCHASED A RYOBI 18+ BATTERY STARTER KIT. IT CAME WITH A FREE TOOL. WHEN I PRESENTED MY VETERAN I.D. AT CHECK OUT, HOME DEPOT WOULD NOT HONOR THE 10% DISCOUNT I WAS ENTITLED TO. THE CASHIER INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS BECAUSE THE RYOBI DEAL WAS A SPECIAL PROMO. ALL THE NON-VETERANS AND NON ENGLISH SPEAKING FOREIGNERS WERE GETTING THE SAME DEAL. SO MUCH FOR HONORING VETS. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE.

Your Wilkes-Bare Home Depot is like a family store. People are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and perhaps most importantly PATIENT with people like me. Staff is service and "can do" oriented..
