I love going to this store. I always find what I need, or what I don't really need but that I want. Store is clean, staff is friendly and the garden center is my favorite.

Our Home Depot is great, we do all of our home improvement shopping there. We have built a deck, poured our sidewalk, stained our fence and porches, re did all the mop-boards in our house, made our moldings for our house and more. We are still remodeling as we go and plan to use our home depot for all of it

Store was neatly laid out. Our sales clerk, Heidi, was so helpful and personable. We are not from Wilkes Barre but required particular bolts to repair our camper. She also recommended exactly where to look for items related to our bug zapper.

I purchased a GE 50 pint dehumidifier. The set up was very easy and the turned on the dehumidifier and set the range to 55 % and within 3 hours the % was already beginning to drop and could notice a difference in my cellar. Still dropping after 7 hours. Very satisfied.

Received great customer service at this store something that is lost in many. Thank you to Steven in the garden center for all the help loading my cart and unloading into my car all the while being very pleasant on a hot humid day.

The store got so much products to choose from, stocks were plenty in every rack. Also store staffs were helpful & friendly, each asking if i needed assistance or if i need anything else. Same with the cashier. And my wife love the plants!

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service I received recently. All the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I received assistance that went above and beyond from the moment I walked into the store, to leaving and loading items onto my vehicle.. Very impressed with my overall shopping experience.

Raymond in the Garden Department helped us load our card with very large bags of Garden Soil. But before loading the car he asked if we would like some plastic to cover the back of the car so it would stay clean. We thought that was very thoughtful of him. Great employee. Hope he is there next time we come back.

I found exactly what I was looking for in the store and the store associate was very helpful with helping me make my decision to make the right purchase. The store is always clean and aisle's are wide enough for carts to get through. I am greeted by associates and they are always ready to help in any way they can.
