One of the things I like about Home Depot is the general friendliness and helpfulness of the associates. I shop quite regularly at the store, and have mostly great experiences with he associates. They are usually easy to find and very willing to help or find someone to help if they can't. These episodes range from the generally friendly and helpful to the outstandingly friendly and extremely willing to help. I can think of only one time in the last year when this was not the case, and it was clearly because the associate was having a rough day. He was still helpful. Sometimes there are mistakes, or something is out of stock, but each time the situation has been resolved in a good way, and sometimes I came out of it even better than I would have had everything gone smoothly. And finally, I really like the ease of returning items when purchased with the credit card. That feature alone makes having the credit card worth it.

Store was neat and ordererly girl at service desk was very helpful In tool department a group of people in orange t-shirts were busy taking inventory and two associates in aprons walked right by me without saying a word. Did not even say hello

The store is well organized and the associates are very helpful.

I would much rather shop at HD than L. People are nicer and actually know what they are talking about.

Always an excellent experience. They have an excellent "A" team. Greg in plumbing is money, Clint in cabinets did a great job helping us design our kitchen and was very patient with us when my wife and I were stuck with a decision. Ron in appliances makes excellent recommendations and works hard to find you the best deal. i am a loyal Home Depot customer and am pleased with the Williston store.

I routinely use several Home Deport stores based on availability of materials and supplies. This store certainly has the most friendly and helpful staff of all the HD stores I frequent. They are staffed adequately and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you are properly cared for. Great customer service!

All three associates we came in contact with were great. Their location of products were spot on! Our check out with Dennis was the icing on the cake. Your veterans 10% is awesome. We left laughing and talking about how do they know where all the products are. I bought a U fixer upper for a vacation home and it takes me 45 minutes to get to this home depot. Coming to Williston is like coming to the BIG CITY. Ha Ha I live in Massachusetts and this is my peaceful getaway with no cell service. Now and then I need an injection of Dunkin Doughnuts and Home Depot. Any excuse to come to Williston (Today was sewer pipe connectors and a FEMALE end for a hose) I am on the job! Thanks all. Keep up the good work.

Excellent experience plenty of help with my questions

Store associate was very helpful, (help load cart, help push cart, help @ counter, and help load pickup. ( and help with choosing correct cart to load 6 sheets of plywood, flat cart, not cart with side loading abilities), Thanks Leroy, I learned best way to load sheet material into pickup.

The Associate (Leonard) in Lawn and Garden was exceptionally helpful and suggested some reconditioned equipment that was perfect for our needs. Thanks so much.

Associates were plentiful and helpful! I was unable to lift a can of paint due to health issues and they didn't skip a beat to take it where it needed to go. We also were looking for a specific faucet - the last one available was about 20 feet above our heads! The associate stepped up on the large ladder to get it for us! No problem. What a great place to shop!

After being a loyal customer to the competition, I won't go back after the experience I had here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean, but had some clutter in aisles that had to be navigated around. The cashier made me aware of the Pro Plan that intrigued me. Even though there is a Lowes location closer to my home, my experience here may make me travel through the traffic and the extra 10 minutes.

Overall store was clean and very well organized. Associates including the cashier was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

While in the store for about an hour. I was asked if I needed assistance multiple times. All employees were extremely helpful and polite. Additionally, they were very quick to recite the exact location of items I was seeking in other departments than the one I was currently in.

When the associate brought my AC unit out the box had been opened. I asked her if it had been returned n she said No she opened it to make sure it was ok. Ya right. Went to take AC unit out of box at home n water poured out. Manufacturer defect? I think Not!

better store now , a few years ago everytime I went in there was a out of stock issue and few people to help over the last couple years it improved a lot

Tyer an associate in windows and doors was extremely helpful in arrangeing an appointment for a free home consultation for windows and doors. Super associate. Quick and professional. Excellent understanding of products. I would hire him !!

I do general remodeling and have accounts at various trade supply houses. I tend to stay away from the Box/general DIY stores but was in a jamb so I tried Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised especially by the Sales Associate "Bruce" in hardware. I was looking for some unique fasteners and he was quickly able to get me to what I needed. I then stumped him with one additional requirement but he quickly offered an alternate approach to my problem. I was very pleased to see his level of knowledge and problem resolution skills. I will be returning more often than previously considered. It is associates like Bruce and having the right merchandise available that made this a very enjoyable customer experience. Hats Off to Bruce & the Williston, VT Home Depot crew for a job well done!
