Every time I come to this Home Depot, the staff is very helpful and friendly!

I had to return 2 items I bought over 2 months ago. No questions asked, receipt was looked up on my account and plenty of employees at the customer service desk. I have never had any problems at this Home Depot, unlike the Blue competition that I will never shop at again.

Hannah is a great staff member. She is knowledgeable and super kind and patient.

I shop here frequently and the ‘pickup’ option is hit or miss. Most recently 5 hours later for a simple item it was not ready. I had to go into the store, cancel the order, get a refund and do the shopping myself. Next time I won’t bother with the pickup option - which almost always is slower than just shopping yourself. If you can find someone to help you they are generally friendly and helpful, but like everyone else are often understaffed.

Hard to shop with so much merchandise blocking the isles

I am always happy when I go into a store and get everything on my list. Representatives were helpful with showing what I was looking for. Ease at check out.

Bought shades weeks ago, when received, installation brackets were missing. Customer said try another store and purchase them. "We don't carry backup parts". Won't shop Williston again.

Waited for more than an hour for assistance to cut pipe. One guy showed, ignored me and walked away after talking to men as I waited and waved to him At end of aisle. Sexism at its best. He walked away announced 4 more times for help. No one came to help me. I had also stopped to check my HD card to smite it was still good. I was told it was after another 15 minute wait. Wrong!!! At checkout, I learned it had expired. Just total we don’t care lazy bad attitude and sexism

Conveniently located with a reasonably good selection, but the store is always a mess. The tool section is the worst offender.

Cashier barely said two words to us.seemed irritated that her long nails couldn't turn an item over and I turned it over so she could scan it. Circled something on the receipt and just handed it to us not saying a word.

Checkout supervisor freaked out at the sight of my very well behaved border collie and admitted she had never heard of the ADA and service dogs.

Cashiers are great! Store associates are NOT helpful

Adam in flooring was spectacular. After clocking out he spent his own time and made the experience extremely pleasurable. I wore more in survey. He deserves special accolades

A favorite stop n shop - had everything I've needed time and time again

The store had what I needed. The employees were great and went above and beyond to help.

I placed an order for a new gas stove, and haul away of the old gas stove, on line from the Williston store, and it was delivered a few days later! (Super fast!) The delivery team was very helpful when we discovered that the old gas stove had not been disconnected by the gas company, although the gas company had told us it had been. (!!) Therefore the delivery team was unable to haul away the old gas stove. The Home Depot customer service team refunded the $50 haul away fee to my credit card. It all worked out in the end, Thanks to The Home Depot delivery/customer service teams.

Our experience in ordering luxury vinyl flooring was outstanding. The associate Jessica was extremely helpful and made our purchase easy.

I met three associates on this trip. 1)customer service 2) a stocker 3) the cashier. All were very helpful and friendly I enjoyed the visit

The service I received with ordering windows and doors was absolutely excellent

Made to wait over an hour while they looked for missing parts in something that was sealed and sold to me then no offered a real solution for the time wasted other then a refund which doesn't get me the 3 hours back

I visited this location last week and the attention they gave me was fantastic!!! Even though, they are short staffed, I was not rushed and was treated like I was the only person in the store!!!
