I spent $4k on windows and they turned out green. The sales manager kept arguing with me that they are not green and really did not want to replace them. They sent out multiple Home Depot employees and everyone has said they were green. I had to settle with covering up the green windows with black screens. Not what you want after spending $4k on four windows.

This store has some serious problems. It should be obvious to those in charge in your district office, but they are probably to busy covering up the issues at hand and covering up for the flaws this store and the store manager has. There is never enough people in the store to assist customers. An if you try to complain to the ghost of a store manager, you will be waiting for a long time, she is never in her store. Must be nice to run a store from her home. Gives a whole new meaning to ""home depot"'

There are several cashiers that are very outgoing and polite. Pro Services group are good at what they do. I try to avoid the group in customer service

The store is well organized and easy to find something you are looking for .

The employees here are nice, but there will always be one employee that ruins the shopping experience. We had a Bad experience today at the garden center. Unfortunately it's not the first time at this location with the same employee.

Manager Timbra and Steve was very helpful, came in to purchase carpet and the other people were busy. She made sure I had everything I need to install in my game room.

Sales Associates Star, Marlena, and Bianca were extremely courteous, and of great assistance through the entire process.

EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT A SCHOOL PROJECT THAT SEVERAL KIDS ASKED ABOUT.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. WILL NEVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN! MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE,AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ASSUMED THAT I WAS STEALING! THEY NEVER FAILED TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT! WHEN I PULLED THE RECEIPTS OUT OF MY PURSE NEITHER APOLOGIZED! INSTEAD THEY WENT TO CHAT WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES ABOUT ME! I GOT MY NEWELY PURCHASED ITEMS WITH MY RECIPTS AND WALKED OFF FURIOUS! NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS..EVER!
