Parker and Mike (Store Manager) addressed my issue with the cancellation of a delivery and, made it right in re-scheduling without the added charges.

I appreciated the selection of doors and the help from employee Jack.

I bought 5 appliances at this Home Depot and the staff that helped me, Nathan and Patricia, were so pleasant and patient with all of my questions and needs. I couldn’t have asked for more from a service team. I will definitely be back to this store for future projects

What a fantastic store with fantastic employees! Jesse from the paint department spent more than an hour educating my girlfriend and I on proper paints and colors to use in my homes renovations. He gave us a thorough description and recommendations of paint brushes, rollers, primers, paint, and more. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how willing he was to walk around the store with us to assist in our needs! We definitely wouldn't have bought the proper supplies without Jesse's help.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with what we were needing.

Paige and Craig are the two associates I know best from this store. They are helpful, funny and make shopping easier and fun.

I shopped all of our home improvements stores and Home Depot had best selection and best prices.

I can always find what I need and on the off chance I cannot - there’s always an associate nearby to help. I love Home Depot so much I get gift cards for birthdays and Christmas. Every project, every time… it’ll always be you guys!

Everytime I need something my first thought is rather or not I can find it at Home Depot! I always enjoy making a trip to Home Depot for my renovation and home improvement needs. My ONLY complaint is the dirt/dust everywhere in the store. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy Home Depot store(s).

All employees that work in rental have all been excellent but today when I returned my tilecutter an employee named Curtis provided a wonderful customer experience.

friendly Staff in the store, but lack knowledge of the construction business and materials used in the business. Delivery drivers are not very friendly, some are down right rude.

I shop at The Home Depot quite frequently! It is always a very pleasant experience visiting The Home Depot and shopping there! I find the personnel to be quite friendly, very knowledgeable, caring, highly-professional, and they always exhibit a genuine willingness to assist me, the customer, in any manner that may be requested. I have never left The Home Depot as a dissatisfied customer! I look forward to my next visit to Home Depot!!

I am a 79 year old male. Never thought I'd ever have to say it but as age came on at times I do need help with heavy items purchased. At Home Depot that help is automatically offered. Beyond that need now, I've always shopping there. They are well stocked and have always had what I needed. I could spend hours in the store just plundering and looking at all the merchandise!

I was having a hard time figuring out how to put money to pay in you system . Jenny G. Not only help me with money to pay she was there with happiness and very friendly . Even though we had mask on I could since her smile while helping . Jenny brightened my day with her attitude. Who would of thought going into get a paint scarper I would leave with a smile and laughter . Thank you Jenny G. At check on 02/09/2022 at 401pm at self check out in Wilmington NC store . EVERYONE at Home depot and all over need to be trained by the amazing Jamie, she is outstanding, and seriously goes waayyy above and beyond to make sure customers who come in agitated, leave sooooo satisfied. I say agitated, because before Jamie, the other employees are so unpleasant and DO NOT belong in customer service, because they don't care about customers which really means they don't care about their employer. Just care about pay day. AND THAT'S IT. JAMIE is the total opposite. She's an angel.

When purchasing a refrigerator at this store, the rep was extremely helpful.

I recently purchased plumbing materials for a rental property and had issues with one that even manufacturer could not resolve, the other product was damaged inside sealed box which showed no signs of mishandling, Home Depot took both of them back, at which time I purchased another fixture which worked fine!! I was very happy with the whole process and will continue to rely on HD for future purchases!!

The employees where friendly and helpful.

We bought the carpet with install and schedule a day well in advance. It was to be the Monday before Christmas. We were told when we bought the carpet how the room had to be prepared and what needed to be removed. We were told this again the Friday before the install and on the Sunday before the install. We spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday moving things to prepare for the install. On Monday morning of the install we were called and told, sorry one of the installers hurt their back and the install was canceled and would not be able to be rescheduled before Christmas. In addition this was known the Friday before and if we had been told we would not have spent the weekend moving things out of 2 rooms. We had international visitors coming in for Christmas and had planned on this being done so now due to 2 rooms where they were going to stay and all the items from the 2 rooms sitting in the living room we had to cancel our planned Christmas at our house and find another place. Apparently under some pressure from Home Depot the install company called and told us they would send people there on Christmas Eve to install the carpet. It was put down on Christmas Eve. The sentiment from Home Depot and in a sarcastic manor from USIG person “well the carpet was installed just be happy about that”. Never mind Christmas 2021 was ruined. My wife and I are First Responders and my chance at a Christmas with family was ruined because it was to take place on Christmas Eve at our house because I worked Christmas Day protecting those who could care less about their service or care for us. And then to tell us to just shut up and be happy it was done. Do not by carpet from Home Depot and avoid USIG at all costs!
