I did not visit the store because at 72 I do not get around much BUT i still shop, buy item like refrigerators, appliances, and run 6 rental homes. When I do go to HomeDepot their staff WILL Buttorstop and help you or direct you and help you find what you need.

This store used to be great. It actually had people that knew what they were doing. Now it’s a nightmare to even go in and get a simple phone sale done at the pro desk. I don’t know what happened but it looks like a lot of the good people are gone and they have replaced them with idiots.

I find the employees are friendly, helpful, look up info, for you, I should get names, but, I have never had a bad experience there. So you have my "A."

Mike is always so upbeat and ready to help with a smile. Either place he is always cheerful and pleasant!

If you go to this home depot stay clear of Mary Jo she is the absolute worst. She charged me the wrong amount then offered me store credit and wouldnt fix the transaction the right way. I came back into the store and she gave me a attitude to fix the issue rolled her eyes at me and took her sweet time with the customer ahead of me.

Jamie, the front desk manager, extended amazing customer service and had to fix the issue that the Shallotte Home Depot store didn’t want to bother to research.

Summer is over. So went the customer service. See survey. Tonight's experience was the worst ever. Day shift team is way better. Brandon the associate was more worried about doing nothing that help a customer

Thankfully found a super duper customer service person to help us at the Wilmington store. Her name is Eva Cain-Munn and she is absolutely lovely and super knowledgeable. We are having a problem with a fan we put up to match our other fan and unfortunatley Home Depot is out of this particular fan. Eva is doing what she can to help us get a replacement. Thank you Eva.

Wide variety of items - great customer service. I was impressed by the helpful employees - I will be shopping here more often - it's further away from my home, but it was definately worth the trip.

Store employees were great in particular Val, and on another occasion a gentleman from the appliance department (refrigerator) was extremely helpful.

In the time of Covid-19 and many stores going out of business, customer service should be the most important asset for the store to the customer.

We were shopping for kitchen and laundry appliances and Amanda in the appliance section was very friendly and very helpful. She informed us of the various brands, features of different models and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. We returned a few nights later and Lisa J. helped us with the order process. Due to Covid there are not many appliances ready for quick delivery. LIsa went through the store computer system to check availability for what we were looking for. She spent a lot of time searching and making sure what we wanted would be available for the time frame that we needed. Both ladies were very, very helpful! The store has hand sanitizers at the front door for shoppers and employees. While Lisa was helping us, Amanda went around and sanitized many of the appliances to ensure safety from COVID.

Covid precautions strictly adhered to, staff was awesome, check out GREAT! Extremely satisfied! This Home Depot rocks!

The store felt very messy but I had good customer service from Laila

This store is very busy but the associates engage with customers. Lisa especially in the Kitchen and Bath design center was exceptional in helping us with our project. The store may need to be a little neater, but with the amount of volume this might be expected. However, we were able to see samples of the products we were going to be using. Again, very good customer service.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and available. Store is laid out well so finding products is typically easy.

I have always been very satisfied when I shop at this store.

I love this store fast and friendly service but I hate driving to Wilmington in this traffic. Can we get one in Leland. It's like everyone is moving to Leland now. We are full!

The store followed social distancing rules and was very clean. The lumber section is always helpful in providing information that is valuable to the novice builder. When issues arise the supervisors are prompt in handling and diffusing issues. Wonderful store!

The Eastwood location is a great place to shop. Employees are always pleased/happy to assist you in what you are either looking for or need. This store is exemplary in what you need. If product is not readily available, they will see that it's ordered for you.

Awesome Home Depot! Each time we've been to this location, it has been clean and organized, with an attentive staff ready and willing to help. This is our go-to store and we absolutely love it! Each staff member makes sure we're helped and even offers tips depending on our current project. Keep up the awesome work!!

The store is located so it is easy to get to and park at without a hassle. It is clean and orderly and the employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant.

If you are doing anything type of kitchen and bath remodel - go find Ms. Lisa Jackowski - tell her your concept and get out of the way. She is the bomb.
