This store is very clean and employees are very friendly and helpful

I always go to this store when ever I need anything I know they have it never had a problem and if they dont at the time they make sure to get it for me. Great customer service and clean store with all you need in stock.

I have been shopping at this store 2011. Most of the people know me there. Some have moved back East. Edward was only 32 that has helped me before and he is also one of the Supervisors for the Plumbing department that my main goal for my most recent visit today.

It is good place to buy products since it is clean and prices mostly are good

my name is Bruno Vazquez I just got back from your Wilshire location at 1675 w Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles CA 90017 I wish I had good comments to leave but I just got the worst service that I have experience since me and my co-worker got there we noticed that every one of your staff was just talking among them selves joking and what not. my co-worker approached one of the staff members that we needed help we were told to go back and someone will come and assist us no one came. then we notice a couple of your staff that had the fork lift we asked them if they can assist us once again answers was not that we had to go to front and pay. so we approached the cashier and proceed to check out we paid the item that we needed and once again were told to go to the front and ask to be assisted once again we were told that they could not help us because he was on break. that's when I asked to talk to the manager at the end I ended up serving my self.

EVERYTHING IS VERY ORGANIZED ASSOCIATE WELCOMED ME AT THE DOOR AND ASKED RIGHT AWAY IF I NEEDED HELP AND I WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN 20 MINUTES

My experience during my visit, was splendid; a few delays while searching for an assistant but it was a great visit and j enjoyed walking through the aisles; just seeing how many stuff they have to offer- things I didn't even know they sell.

For those who doesn't own a car and ride the bus, I suggest Home Depot to @ least provide us a much bigger bags for our merchandises, and @ least a tie, to help us make our shopping needs more accessible for us to carry to the bus stop, Ned help us fit our shopping needs lighter to handle until we reach our destination. Thank You for giving us consumers a chance to view our experiences, so we can come back and make our trip from work to your store, back to our homes, Hapoy and contented, 'coz we were able to shop and not leave some of our merchandise to your store and not satisfied w/t our first experience in your store. Pls hire more associates ESP. After the Holidays, when customers wanted to replace old stuffs from past year. Thank You for listening to our comments. Hopefully your store will improve and have more merchandises choices and better customer service. @ least these people have jobs, but theu shld. Perform more customer service @ checkouts. I received EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service from an Associate named Cuco at the Wilshire Blvd Home Depot! I was clueless as to the tools needed to put together a computer desk and hutch. Associate Cuco took me to where the tools were, explained the various uses of the tools and made suggestions as to the proper tools needed to complete my project. I felt empowered and confident to complete this task on my own. Thank You Home Depot, for such knowledgable, considerate & curteous staff! I shall return to Home Depot for future projects & will indeed seek out Associate Cuco or other Home Depot staff for assistance! The outstanding customer service service has empowered me to seek out new home improvement projects!

This is a very busy store, but as usual I found that there are enough associates to meet the needs of the customers.

This store always has everything in stock at great prices. A lot of employees so you can bet to help if you need it. At this Home Depot location you can bet you get a parking space because the parking lot is so huge. This location is great if you are hungry, you will find nearby restaurants that you can dine in or if you are in a hurry, order takeout. There is a Food for Less above the Home Depot for all of your grocery needs at great low prices. Rite Aid is also upstairs for all your pharmaceutical needs. So you could say that this makes it not only a great location, but a convenient one as well. Especially if you are doing your shopping with other people. This way you can all shop at the same time for just about all of your needs. Either way you look at it, it makes perfect sense to get it all done, why not at the same time? This way you will be closer to each other while staying productive at the same time.

I went into the store looking to buy a couple of gallons of Ralph Lauren paint. However, Raffi in the paint department asked if I would prefer to go with a better quality, cheaper paint, the Marquee brand. I knew nothing about this better, cheaper option, so I appreciate that Raffi mentioned it. It wasn't that he was pushing for it, just gave the option. He was also able to help out with tinting the primer that I was getting. Raffi remembered me, and when he ran into me a bit later in the store, he let me know my paint was ready. All around professional and prompt service from Raffi, and I will gladly go back to this Home Depot again.

Thanks to all of the employees who kindly assisted me with all my questions and needs for my closet door project. With their knowledge and pleasant attitudes, I was able to get everything I needed in a matter of minutes and stay within my budget.

I could walk up and down the aisles of this Home Depot all day long. I'm a 68 year old woman. I'm supposed to prefer shopping at the department store for support stockings. But I find myself returning to this Home Depot for the simple pleasure of walking up and down the wide, clean aisles, each row full of interesting, useful, innovative items. Call me weird but this is my favorite store and this particular location is also well-stocked with friendly, helpful associates. Thanks!

The store was clean and products were easy tofind. L was happy with the help I recieved and the log desk.

My friend and I entered the Home Depot with absolutely NO idea how to build a science project we needed to finish. We were greeted by Estefani (Dept 41), and Diana (Dept 27), who helped us begin our project. The accessibility to these workers was phenomenal. Without their help, we would have been extremely lost. Our project is still in progress, and I cannot wait to come back tomorrow to receive help from both of them again. Thank you Estefani and Diana, and thank you Home Depot!
