The store has some foundational problems that stretch across the store notable cracks were found on isle 33-35 and 32 and 30 cracks were sealed,

The stores was very easy to access even, in some stores you find items laying on the floor say walmat or target, in home depot their is always some body who is quick to remove any items on the floor, that air is clean and is very safe to walk around, the fork lift n some stores cause too much inconveniences moving around, it quiet allowing for privacy and yet business environment, the over head speaker system or intercom are not used frequently, in some stores their is to many surveillance cameras making it appear as am monitored every where, the restrooms are very clean , paper towels and toilet papers not lying around or on the floor

I'll always recommend your store. Always did. Love the location. My favorite store is right above your store Fd-4-less. I don't buy my brooms or mops from regular store. I'd purchased broom and a sturdy dust pan 7 years ago. Still in great condition. Time for a new broom though. Using the old one for my apartment hallway. I was hoping the young sales guy would had me follow him to the kitchen appliances instead of pointing out for it. It was cool. He looked like he was getting ready to go home. I found what I was looking for. The laundry detergent wasn't priced yet, the young lady took the time to check for me . I left feelinggreat. Cashier was so friendly and kind. Keep up the great work Home Depot.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND LOCATION OF ITEMS. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ITEMS WERE CLEARLY LABELED AND EASY TO FIND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I go to this store for all my household cleaning supplies over Walgreens and Rite-Aid (which is within walking distance) because they have a good stock of supplies and good prices. The staff is friendly and check out lines go quick.

This store has the best location. It’s two blocks from the metro-red line- and above the store is a super market and a drug store so that everything you need can be done in one stop. The associates there are friendly and everyone was busy helping people, stocking shelves or cleaning up. I found everything that I was looking for tools and groceries.

Chayla was very nice and fast during check out. Young chunky man with glasses helped me figure out what I needed in the lumbar department super helpful. Also, young lady tried to find a Dewitt 7pc tool set but were out of stock but tried her best to help me out. Overall great experience.

Great Job Alexandria Carcamo for going the extra mile for this disabled Navy Vet. He she helped me put my shopping cart together when she didn't have to . The guy that does it was only there on Wednesdays . She did it for me when she didn't have to . Now that is customer service. I also want to thank the staff that took 40 min to find the item that was not on display. I am very grateful. Keep up the great work.

Well my shopping could have been more happy if I had employees help me in finding what I needed

I came with a complicated project I wasn't sure how to tackle, shortly before close. An employee pointed me to Andy, and his patience and knowledge made everything so easy. He advised me on what type of plywood to buy, waited for me to figure out the exact sizes I needed, then cut the pieces carefully. Such a nice person who made my evening much easier.

The male staff were friendly and the store was well organized and clean. And the price was cheap.

Sara and I believe her name is Helen, the lead at the nursery! WOW! These people r carismatic and very informative! From the minute I walked into the garden station till I left, there was someone there to answer my questions! That is how business is done, walked in for 1 thing came out with a few others, not because they tried to upsell me but because I have a few plants that need extra care and they provided me with the products that will address the problems!
