We called SEVERAL STORES no one knew how to find our item that we KNEW they had . It was popular and others were buying them, but everytime wecalled NOONE had a clue

Last year I rebuilt a home for a disabled veteran. Except for furnance and air cond. most of the items needed was purchased at the wis.dells store. We had no complaints as to products or prices.

Whenever I go to Home Depot #4929 Lake Delton I know I will be leaving with a product I came for! The shelves are stocked, and I don't have to worry about making another trip! I recently bought shelving for my garage and as I mentioned they had more than I needed along with the proper brackets etc for installation. I would highly recommend you give this store a try!

I can never wait to see the flowers and trees for sale in the season!! They always have the BEST!! And they take such good care of them. Other stores let their plants dry out and look like crap!

One of the best hardware store in town very helpful staff basically everyone greets you as soon as you walk in the door and ask if you need assistance with anything. Definitely have some great customer service reps at the check out desk as well namely Cheyenne she’s never in a mood and always willing to help

Specifically this location is prime for the best cuts. Jason is knowledgeable and will help assist in proper cuts for your project. Would highly recommend!

Shyanne at customer service was very friendly and helpful with getting my floor order fulfilled, she also brought me a bag I forgot at the checkout saved me a lot of time and frustration!

The home depot here in the Wisconsin dells has some of the best employees! I am always very satisfied with the time and patience they give, they are always knowledgeable and give the best customer service!

We needed a new dishwasher, there was a wide variety of models and a large price range. Very affordable. We spent over $500 though, and free shipping would have been nice. I wish they would offer that again. Other than that, we had a great salesman and everyone else was very friendly.

Not only in the appliance center but also the lumber! Joe O is the only guy I can remember his name by. But he was outstanding! He knew just what to say when I asked about the gas range stove I wanted and he didn’t hold back. He was honest and sealed the deal for us!

I purchased a Dyson cordless vacuum that was missing the charger. When calling the store to find a solution that did not involve me driving 30 minutes back to the store, they offered no alternative solution.

It was nice to have the person help us actually liked their job.

I live an hour from this store. I have ordered kitchen appliances, carpeting and kitchen cabinets this year. All three orders were a total fail. They couldn't figure out how to get the appliances in my house (but a local appliance dealer did a few weeks later). Their carpet installer rescheduled last minute, then arrived just after my painter arrived for the day and after waiting for my attention for 5 minutes they walked off the job (although a different installer was sent a day later from 2 hours away and they were awesome). My cabinets were split into 2 orders. One order arrived a couple days late with NO communication and it was smashed up beyond use. The second order never arrived and no one at HD could tell me where it was or when it would arrive. It took me 3 phone calls to convince someone that I was owed a refund. Don't waste your time with Home Depot in this area of the state. Buy local and pay a little more but you will get what you need.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer. The store is clean and organized.

Dealt with Colin in the Lake Delton/Wisconsin Dells store, he was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

I came to return some products and Aida was amazing since I didn’t have the receipt and helped me all the way until we got it done.

My last visit I needed assistance to locate the various items on my list. Several employees dropped whatever they were doing to help find and suggest other options or promotions to get a higher quality item for a lesser price.

I went shopping for a stackable washer and dryer. Colin in appliances gave me 100% attention and educated me in what options I would find helpful.

I bought a 4x8 BCX plywood.

I was helped by a number of people .. my questions were promptly answered .. my needs were definitely met .. and I feel I'll be more than comfortable to shop here for many of our needs. Well done everyone! Including the very helpful self-checkout man!
