I bought tiles at this store and the service was wonderful

Stopped in back in September and quite enjoyed the Halloween Merchandise. Stopped in again a week before Halloween and felt a little sick. All the Halloween merchandise was gone and Christmas stuff was out already. Should have held off until after Halloween for the Christmas stuff to be put out

There is always a long line for self check out. Half the registers aren't open.

Service is speedy and courteous. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Because of the location and my knowledge of the store it makes my in-store experience a breeze.

Sales and stock people are very nice but if you need help sometimes you have to have someone call for them maybe more than once and wait for 5- 10 minutes. Loews service is better and the physical layout looks cleaner and brighter.

I bought this mouse trap after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. Thanks all for the accurate opinion. The only thing I wish is that someone says if the trap came with bait. The trap didn’t come with bait so I bought the bait also at Home Depot and I caught the mouse on the first night.

I visit three locations, Woodhaven ( closest ), Jericho, and Maspeth. More times than not I travel out of area because the assistance is much better than at Woodhaven. Also there have been times that product is only available at another location. I found Maspeth to have better, more knowledgeable assistance than Woodhaven and greater in-stock inventory.

Supply replenishment issues still exist and the Home Depot Veteran's 10% discount is a sham and non existent even when I show my DD214 or my offical military ID

Most of them don’t know much about products and materials. Everybody passes the buck to somebody else send you to go. Ask this one to go ask the other one except for themselves.

I had a great experience shopping in this HD Store, staff was very helpful and friendly, one of the Customer Service Support was above and beyond trying to get the right information of a product.

Norma was wonderful in helping me purchase a stove. She was so helpful and patient with me. She made sure everything was taken care of with a wonderful attitude and personality. She is a true asset to your company!!

The parking lot has many men hanging around aggressively approaching customers to carry their items or help load items in vehicle. There is one cashier in store. Home Depot pushing people to use self checkout

I really like this location because they always have a great variation and well stocked. And employees usually ask if they can help.

I needed an item and I asked one lady (Janet) who was busy watering the plants, but she kindly walked with me outside to show me what i was looking For. We couldn’t find it so she told me about Another options. And she walked with me again to show me where it’s and I bought it and it does the job. Great lady

Patricia, the manager is excellent with customers and put in all her efforts to assist with reordering the damaged appliance we received to get a new operating one

I like that Home Depot has a plant return policy. Store is usually clean & not crammed. Good idea to close off Nursery area outside .The new self checkout is fast & easy , but should have cashier close by to watch people.

The Rockaway - NY manager was a rude, nasty , unprofedsional , person. I was at the cashier with 4 carts , charging over $4,000 of merchandise , trying to look at monitor to ensure charged and quantities are correct. This man who was wearing regular clothes and refuse to identify himself blocked my view,request I leave, asked him to identify himself , told me it is not of your business, house leave,, I said do you work here are you an undercover security or police, who are you, kept stating it is not of your business, just leave. Kep blocking my view. Asked cashier attended who is this guy, said , ask him so not ask me. It was one of my most embarrassing Morments. Later, to customer services a lady manger said he is the store manger and it is very strange he is behaving like this. Need Home Depot apology

I came here to do a return and make another purchase for home improvement. Jessica the cashier in returns was super rude and unwelcoming. She was annoyed probably cause I interrupted her texting on her phone when it was dead in the store.

They make you walk to the other side of the building to use the entrance, when I'm already on the other side. Then what I need is on that original side of the building, then the cashier is back of the other side. For a large area, open more entrances. Also, prices on the shelves do not match what I paid at the cashier.

Store is not well stocked with not much visible help. Just a shame that when you leave NY area Home Depot’s stores are top notched. Parking lot filled with individuals looking for work, not very comfortable leaving car in lot,
