This Home Depot in my experience has excellent customer service and providers an overall pleasurable shopping experience. The organization and overall vibe of the store seems better than other Home Depots.

I just want to let everyone know that I was so appreciative to Frank , Carlie and Carlos for ALL the help I had on the 6th of April. We were doing a community project and needed a lot of supplies. Frank helped me not only get those supplies but gave us a donation to help. Carlie was so excited for us and happy to help and Carlos was awesome and getting our paint together. I was going to complain but you know what. Its been the same problem since the store has been open and there has been no change. You guys just suck at what you do. Came in to get two items on ad and they were not there. Tried for 10 minutes to find some help in the nursery dept. but had no luck there either. Please don't try to contact me because you know and I know that nothing is going to change.

I wanted to write a review about my experience with getting a new kitchen counter top with the Woodland Home Depot. While I had problems with the installation, Home Depot made sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. They listened to my concerns and contacted the subcontractor and the problem was taken care of. Problems such as I had don't happen that often as I learned but it did happen and Home Depot made sure it was fixed. The manager at the Woodland Home Depot worked it out with the subcontractor and I did not have to. I would highly recommend Home Depot for a kitchen counter top installation. Counter tops are an investment and Home Depot made sure that I ended up with my money's worth. Without Home Depot, I think many times it can be hard to find a good contractor and to not get ripped off. Even if you study all about kitchen counter tops, it gets confusing. You want to get the best bargain and know that the contractor will do what he says he will do for you. With Home Depot, you can be assured that that will happen. It did for me without having to go to small claims court and all of the worry and work and money that can be. I greatly appreciate Home Depot for that!!

While not everything is in store, the online/in-store mix makes purchasing easy. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Could use more staff in some areas, but for the most part Great Store!

All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable there and want to make sure you find what you need.

The people that work at the pro desk (Carlee, Lance, and Andy) are awesome! They help get me in and out everyday so that I can get on the job quicker. They also are great at ordering whatever I need and getting it to me quickly!

The best store to buy from.

The woodland store 1068 is a great store but could increase its focus on the type of customers that shop there, more items to match what the Natomas and west Sacramento stores have. so we don't have to go 30-50 miles to buy what we need.

I love this store. The location is easy to get in and out of. The employees are always cheerful. The store is always neat and well stocked.

Better than the Vacaville store.

Becky has been so sweet to help us with the updating of our kitchen. She has been kind and patient and very helpful.

I have related my poor experience with the kitchen design staff and lack of response to my complaints. I had to get senior management involved and almost cancelled my order which will eventually exceed $25,000 they should take better care of their customers.

Two different employees asked if we wanted help loading up our car. Noah ended up helping us put all the heavy tile in our car. We really appreciated it!

The employees are always top notch! They are helpful and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that it is often hard to find an employee to assist me when I need assistance. Particulartly in lumbar.

This store was clean for the most part. The staff is typical to all Home Depots I have visited - scarce, lack of product knowledge and more interested in getting their stocking shelves chore instead of approaching you.

The store is clean, products are almost always in stock, and the associates are friendly and generally helpful. We were very disappointed with the quality of the assistance from the kitchen design people at this store (Marcy), but impressed with the flooring experts (Hanna). Overall the store has a friendly atmosphere generally full of weekend project minded homeowners with a fair mix of local contractors. I love shopping here.

Steve has ben there a long time and have worked with him on most of my purchases. Knows what he is doing and makes the process simple for the customer.

great STORE, RECOMMEND HIGHLY-LOTS OF VARIETY, STAFF PLEASANT

We found one item we purchased was broken just after we paid. We needed to go spend another 30 min or more to get the item replaced at the customer center. A representative at the customer center was rude and the store manager on duty was not helpful at all. This was one of the worst experiences I had in any home improvement stores.

I like being able to find what ever I need for any of my projects, big and small. The associates are very helpful and eager to help. Especially when I don't know what I'm looking for. Great service and help always.
