This is a wonderful store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the aisles are wide, the inventory is vast and checking out is a breeze. I have purchased anything from small hardware items to major appliances and have never been disappointed. I really appreciate the online purchase and store pickup option - that saves me so much time!!! I will continue to shop here.

I began using the Woodstock Home Depot store in the nineties, since then I have developed a trust in their products and friendly service as compared to the home convenience center across the street. The consistency of quality products and their availability has assured me that I can rely on this store to provide me a one stop quick supply of the products I need for home improvement and repair projects. From my experience I know that I can count on this store to quickly provide the materials I need with fast friendly service. Keep up the grate job Home Depot and I will always know that I can rely on you!

Very Helpful employees

I like the store mainly because the employees are friendly and for the most part very helpful. I generally find what I'm looking for or are offered alternatives. The store is always clean and I can usually find an associate to help me if I need it. The return policy is good and fairly quick. My only wish is they would have some type of recycling or take-back policy for unwanted paint. It is very hard to get rid of and I fear many people are just throwing it out so as not to be bothered disposing of it properly - which is really bad for the environment.

We met Carla at the paint counter and told her we had a problem of epic proportions (JK). We said ee needed to color match 5 paint samples we managed to chip away at from behind outlet wall covers in 5 different rooms. Carla turned an extremely stressful situation into a game of color match. She absolutely loved our 'nightmare' challenge. And she was genuine in her attitude and helpfulness. We can't thank her enough. Please hire more Carla's. Thank you.

Very huge lots of items to choose from which is good. Wish you all can have some more customers incentives, like coupons etc. That would be nice. I did find what I needed, except one item you all did not have. Was a particular type of screw for a piece of my furniture. But probably it was out of stock, or you all do not carry the item anymore. I did get assistance and the store was very clean. The associates were friendly at least the ones I dealt with.

There are elves at this store! Lauri was magical. Thanks Lauri for going out of your way to help me accomplish our office Christmas shopping. I thought I would be spending my day driving from store to store but no...Lauri magically found every single item I needed no matter how high or how low they were. You guys were great. We recently visited the Home Depot store in Woodstock Georgia, shopping for appliances. I had been in several times and inquired about specific appliances.I live with my daughter and we met up at the store. John assisted us with our purchase and we felt very good about it, even though we spent over 5000$. I feel like we received quality merchandise and quality customer service.

Great customer service

The staff is amazing and time and time again go out of their way to help. Whether they are chasing after you (sometimes 2x because you left things at check out (this actually happened to me) or one of them quickly comes to the rescue when your 7 year old, who shouldn't have been running, falls and scrapes his knee. These 2 things might sound simple but when you are a mom running a million miles a minute things like, not getting home and realizing you forgot something at the store and not having to leave because your child is hurt makes all the difference in the world.

Just outstanding to say the least. I get great assistance in this store.
