I am always pleased with the selection of plants in your garden department and with the knowledge of your associates who work there.

Every time I walk in and out of the store, I am always being greeted, remembered and see nothing but happy people. The customer service is fantastic to the point I find myself going to home depot more often than I should. You will find what you need with ease, and if your having trouble, the staff will not only bring you to where you need to go, but help with making sure it will be what you need! Lovely place.

I always get asked if I need any help finding something in this store - even when the associate has their hands full.

Mike and Pedro the managers have always given me great deals and been very fair in their. dealings with me.

I was interested in buying two flower boxes with flowers already in them. I asked a store associate in the floral department for help. We did not find any pre-filled flower boxes, so I decided to buy the boxes and choose the flowers I wanted. She was so helpful and patient and recommended some exquisite perennials to fill the boxes as well as some excellent potting soil. The result is that I now have a most beautiful addition to the front of my house and this adds greatly to the curb appeal of the house.

The associates and cashiers were so great at helping me to find exactly what I was looking for. I loved how friendly everyone was.

I love shopping at The Home Depot, it was worth the hour drive!! This store has such helpful associates, and smile , they really seem to understand the steps of great customer service. They greet, help, and close professionally, and great customer service is very important to me. As a single mom of two boys, and buying an OLD home....Home Depot has been the place for EVERYTHING, now of we could just get our full bathroom done!!!!!

To find a clerk to help you is almost impossible. To find a clerk that knows anything is even worse. When you finally find someone, they act like you are bothering them - they are too busy doing whatever, Cashiers were just talking to each other - they don't even acknowledge you when you are standing in front of them. My cashier just stuck her hand out, took my credit card, swiped it, and then handed it back to me while continually talking to the next cashier. She never said ONE WORD to me. That is totally rude and totally unacceptable.

I would recommend this store to anyone! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. As a woman, it can sometimes be overwhelming to enter a store such as Home Depot, but the friendly staff made my visit very enjoyable. A man assisted me at the Paint station and I don't know what I would have done without his help! Not only did he make my visit easier, but he provided me with painting tips and had a great sense of humor which provided me with many laughs. It is clear that the staff at this Home Depot truly enjoy their work and love helping customers. I will definitely be visiting this store again for future projects.

Associates are available and very helpful, the store is smaller than other Home Depots, so it is easier to find things.

My animals had destroyed the screen on my sliding door, and needed to replace this summer. I easily found the pet screen replacement kit online, available in store and was able to pickup the next day. The sales associate was friendly, and immediately was able to locate my order. My son was able to replace the screen easily with tools included. I have ordered online before picking up in the store, and will do so again!

Products were easy to find. The sales associates were very helpful in answering any questions I had about my home improvement project. Will definitely be shopping her me again.

I have shopped this Home Depot location many times and I have to say I am glad they are here. On my last trip I needed some shelving so that I could help my newly married daughter with her basement storage needs. I had no trouble locating the things needed though in the past when I needed help there were always a number of associated nearby ready to help. This time I located the things I need and was on my way in no time at all. When I got in the checkout line an associate approached me with an offer to speed me through the line with a portable checkout register. Tiffany scanned my purchases and I was out and on my way in no time at all.This was much appreciated since my daughter lived quite a distance away in Hew Hampshire in fact and time was in short supply for me as it was. SO I greatly appreciated Tiffany's friend offer to help me get on my busy way.

My usual experience at the Worcester store is the usual get what I need & get going... I know the store's product location, so I zero in on what I need to buy. Time is of the essence, so I can get whatever job I have that day, with enough time to get the kids from school, do my part in any food shopping or any other errands that have to be done !

I was in the floral department and two associates helped me. One answered a question for me and another lifted a hanging flower basket down for me as it was too heavy for me to lift down.

The store was clean, I had no problem finding the product i was looking for.

Went in and picked up what I came for, then went to the registers to checkout only one registtableer open. Thought I might be there awhile but a pretty young lady with a portable register and computer Came buy and took care of me. Out in less then five minutes. Thanks young lady.

I was completely satisfied with the sales clerk who let me purchase my plant outside so I did not have to go back into the store. Tiffany was very helpful and friendly and made it extremely convenient for me to purchase my item. I went there looking for a certain light bulb that the store no longer sold . So we were leaving and I saw a plant outside that I liked. It had not price on it so I had to go back in and find a sales clerk. The clerk at the check out had to call someone. Once that person came she came outside to look up the price and that is when she made if very convenient for me to purchase the item. I was very satisfied with that experience.

I went to this store two days in a row to buy poroducts that would help me solve a plumbing problem. The first time I waited in the aisle for help and then went to the service desk and they said they would send someone-no one came after a 15 min wait. I bought a product I thought would help-it did not work-I wasted my time/money. I went back the next day because I still had the problem. I went to the service desk again and asked for help. After 15 min wait no one came-so I bought two products I hope will solve the problem-but-I do not know if they will work-I went to write this note as soon as I got home to tell other consumers about the service in this store-there were very few customers in the store at 9:15 am Friday and in fact on both days there were no customers or associates in the plumbing aisles when I was at the store. No HELP. I saw the customer service person whom I asked to send me help-he was walking by-He did not stop and ask if help arrived-he just looked at me and kept going. My recommendation is-if you have the time to drive the extra 15 min to Leominster, MA Home Depot-do it-they are always more helpful. I usually go to that store but I went to Worcester because it saves me 5 minutes-obviously-it was not worth saving time because I had to come back again.

We purchased 5 shrubs for deck planting. Sean and Jackie, in the Garden Department were extremely helpful in assisting us with every issue, even after our purchase.. The delivery was not only more than fairly priced, but the women delivering the shrubs went beyond what we expected. Jess, a manager, also assisted us beyond expectations... In all, a great experience !!!

While at Home Depot Store, the associate was helpful in answering questions about a product in the lawn and garden area. Pete, the store manager, was VERY helpful & Nice.
