Milton Minaya at the Millwork desk was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me to select the right interior doors for my house (which is actually more complicated that you might think at first!)

I love everything about home Depot.

I have been shopping there for 18 years. The people working there are very knowledgeable and competent. I like the pop out displays to remind me of other items I should buy. And the people act like real people, and friendly, and they seem to like their jobs and working there.

Best store to buy tools and construction supplies,and good people to deal with.

This is a very good store. Brenda was just the kind of employee you should want to keep and she should be given a raise. (I do not know her other than from this visit.)

I usually stop into this store for quick home fix items, plumbing supplies etc and usually have no reason to interact with the store employees. However, tonight I stopped into purchase a new Ariens Snow blower and no one had a clue how to help me. All of the Snow blowers are stored outside - so I had to ask a cashier how to go about purchasing one. The cashier I spoke to had no idea. I asked who I could ask about the snow blower, he suggested someone in lawn and garden. I asked if he could call someone and he said he does not know who to call, and that if I just headed over there someone should be there. I went over to that department and found 2 people. I asked them how I buy a snow blower, and was asked which one. I pointed to the one I wanted and was told it would be a while. So I started wheeling it into the store and the employee came and took it from me. He asked me how I was going to get it home and I said I had an SUV and that I was going to just put it in the back and tie down the hatch back. He told me it would not fit and that maybe I should rent a Home Depot truck. The other employee told me it would never fit. I asked if they had any in boxes and the male employee looked but was unable to see any - he did not look very hard. The female then told me if the put together snow blower would not fit, then surely the box would not. I explained that I have taken my existing unit in for service an have always managed to get it into the back of my SUV. The male employee simply wheeled the new snow blower to the register, got the cashier to check me out, and then said he could possibly find someone to help me put it into my SUV once I took it apart...on my own. Knowing I could get the unit into my SUV without taking it apart, I asked 2 shoppers who were standing at the register if they could help me lift the item into my SUV and they said yes (Great guys!) - 10 minutes later I was home.

With the Summer season coming to an end, and even fewer plants on the shelves, I believe the HD employees should know what they are selling. When I asked what type of plant was in a certain area, they had no idea, just claiming they arrived without tags. That is no excuse. Employees should be briefed on new products, or go the extra mile and try to help the consumer. As a result, not knowing how to care for some plants if I were to buy them, your store lost my sale. I was very disappointed.

The employees are knowledgable once your able to stop them. Employees are friendly to regulars, but don't acknowledge the do it yourselfers in their area. Once you catch up with an employee their body language and conversation makes you feel like your bothering them. I always shop Home Depot, I like the merchandise and layout. Even though employees ignore you they're much more knowledgeable then their competition in blue... Employees walk right by without saying hi, that's ok. When you're in a specific department looking to buy and employees still don't acknowledge you. Maybe it's just the Worcester store, sometimes a fish stinks from the head down...

If you have a chance to go to the service desk, ask for Vanny. She is the reason my experience at Home Depot Worcester is so great. She is actually helpful, she cares, she’s knowledgeable and professional.

Great store, very handy for me, just 2 miles away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Employee help me cut a sewer pipe even when he did not work in the area. He told me ahead of time but still offered to help out. Cashier was somewhat annoying asking every customer to give a 5 star review.
