This is my local Home Depot since I moved to Lavon Texas two years ago. Always a great store to go to and I love shopping there. Kevin, Maryam and Maria were Awesome in helping me. My whole transaction was a success. At the end of the day, I upgraded to a Traiger 34 pellet Smoker, man I love that thing. I love my local Home Depot! Wylie Home Depot has the best employees. I was helped from the parking lot, through the store, during checkout and ev3n out the door. At some stores you can’t even find an employee. Plus plenty of stock on the shelves.

We went in to purchase kitchen countertops & backsplash figuring it would take all afternoon to hammer out details, not looking forward to that aspect. We did go well prepared with measurements however and with the incredible help of Jaimi and Jose we were able to accomplish all that was needed to select our materials, get an estimated price, pay and submit work order to schedule project in little over an hour! We were soooo doggone thrilled! Highly recommend!

Left 85 lb box outside property gate for an 80 year old woman. Called customer service and they did nothing but day "you didn't pay for delivery, so what's the problem"

A sales person (Tommy Lemons) is always friendly and took time, even though she was going off shift to help me find a latch.

On Wednesday April 9, 2025, around 4:45pm, I walked into the Wylie HD and was greeted by 2 ladies that asked if I needed help. They both walked me to the area and helped me find the product needed. I went to get a cart, and the second lady brought a cart around the corner before I could leave the aisle. They helped me load the heavy item. I went to the service desk to check out and the person there not only took my payment but was hailing someone to help me load the heavy item before I even asked. I had a pickup order as well. One person helped me load the heavy item, then 2 others loaded my truck with the mulch that I pre ordered. I don’t think I have seen such attentive service in a very long time. Thank you for an outstanding customer service experience!

I recently needed to have several (3-4) Schlage locks rekeys to match. I did some research and found out they can do this for you at Home Depot. It was a tedious time-consuming task and the associate that helped could not have been more kind and patient. To top it all off it was free! I will definitely continue to shop at Home Depot Wylie.

great place to shop, associates are happy and welcome guests as they enter the store. I am there once or twice a week and i enjoy knowing where everything is and I also enjoy assisting other guests when they seem to be lost

Nice Customer Service and Employees very Friendly and Helpful. I was purchased an LG Refrigerator, Mr.Fred is hard worker and very Nice to Customers, He let us know details of Product and Protection Plans. I Recommend to Everyone should buy Protection Plans when you buy Electronics Products more than 1,000$ because We don’t know what happened after a year used.

4x8 plywood Treated wood way to expensive

I tried renting a ladder. Spending over a half and hour trying to get finished in Tool Rental w/one poor guy who was overwhelmed w/the amount of customers and the rental system. He was unable to figure out how to rent me a ladder since I do not have a cell phone. Yet, NO ONE Else needed One. We finally left, knowing the line was out the door waiting. We went to the contractor register and the line was across the lumber isles. Again. Only one person. People kept walking by but no one else offered to help. After purchasing our item w/out a single word from the associate I asked to speak w/a MOD, that I had a question. The guy pointed to the other register, but the pro desk. Stating "It's Over There." At this point there was a young lady at the register helping another male associate and customer needed concrete. When I said excuse me? Referring to "IT" asking if he was referring to the young lady or man. Both Employees. (Completely shocked by the unprofessional and rude comment regarding the other employee I walked over and waiting for them to finish.) The young lady stated she would see if she could help and called someone else to meet here in tool rental. As I waited for the other person she started helping the older man that was working by himself. When the person she called came in he stated I could not rent w/out a cell phone. BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!! NOT EVERY PERSON ON THIS EARTH CAN AFFORD A CELL PHONE!!! He stated that is how it is and then just stood there. If companies want to exclude people because they do not have the funds for a cell phone I will no longer spend the money I do have at any of your facilities. Especially knowing I have several major projects I was preparing for. This is completely and utterly stupid and poor customer service

I asked customer service to send someone to help me grab some large boxes located very high up. But despite my numerous requests, no one came to help me. I asked to speak to the manager, but she told me that he was at lunch (at 4 p.m.) which is weird. I reported all this orally to the person at the cash register. I will never come back to your store again.

On line & customer service showed 20 items in stock -- store had 0 in stock or they could not find them. I drove 15 miles to pick the item up & now I have to do it again in a week -- Item should be Free this time..

Bought a dishwasher and experienced Fred’s rude customer service. Good thing I really needed the dishwasher soon.

Garden hose, can’t get enough, front, back, get two, I hate dragging a hose around.

As usual there was not customer service inside the store.

The Wylie store is relatively easy to shop and typically has most of what we need well stocked. It’s always clean and organized. The employees have been friendly, especially Mrs. V and Paul who helped us today. They were both so kind and patient I just had to leave a positive review! I’ve been shopping at this location for over a decade and they went above and beyond!

I have been with out a fridge for a month. Frustrated and in need, even though I was at my end, the crew was kind and patient. I was allowed to look over everything with out any pressure and made the right choice. Thanks Frank!
