When we walked in the employee at the return desk greeted us politely. When an item in the main aisle dodnt have a price on it we turned around to ask the employee directly behind us and he seemed irritated. We did however find everything we were looking for to paint the rooms in our house on a budget of $50.

Quickly found what I needed with the help of an associate

On this visit, the associate in the electrical department was not only incredibly knowledgeable but was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile in order for me to feel comfortable with my project before I left the store. He was great!

Most of the materials we're in the obvious spots and anything I couldn't find the associates pointed me in the right direction. They also gave a few good ideas that I'll be using.

I've been a completely satisfied customer at this Home Depot store for many years. There are other home improvement stores in the area, but none in the same league as this Home Depot! The store obviously has been (and continues to be) very well managed and the sales assistants have always been helpful, pleasant and polite.

I really like a clean, organized, well-stocked store with nice associates and quick checkout - and I get all of that here at my local Reading/Wyomissing store.

Bags of softener salt were outside and covered in bird droppings. Had to dig through a couple layers till the bags were clean. Bad thing since they are perforated on the sides just waiting to get somebody sick.

CASHIER NEVER GAVE ME ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE AND HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN

The Home Depot pretty much always has what I need.

I have a list of things I needed that were scattered throughout the store. Every associate who helped us knew exactly where we needed to look. They also took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. Found almost everything I needed.

I always have good experiences with homedepot. The only recommendation would be to put more cashier available because most of the time are two and I need to do the selfcheck out. I really prefer the cashier but if I am in a hurry I need to use the self check out counter.
