      This is my favorite Home Depot. The store is clean, stocked, employees are extremely helpful and eager to help. There's an employee there named Kelvin who is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help which made our shopping experience very pleasant.

        Do not buy your wood from this place; they rob you
        I paid 30$ish for two planks of wood. 2in x 2in x 8ft and 2in x 2in x 6ft. Got it cut up and got home and realized that the wood, which even on the barcode said 2x2x8 and 2x2x6, was NOT 2in wide/thick. It was 1.5”. A whole half inch off. So not only was the wood in the wrong place; it was incorrectly labeled as well. Can’t return the wood because I still really needed it. Thank god I had extra wood on hand to complete my project but still way to rob people.

                      I was at the store in the lumber department with my Autistic granddaughter. There was an employee there and I told him I needed to buy some boards but I didn't see the lengths. He left to check if there were any and I waited for about 20 minutes but he never came back. By this time my autistic granddaughter was starting to get restless because she didn't understand why we were in the same place and not doing anything or going home. I was very upset at the thought that he was not coming back and I asked the person at the Pro desk if she could find someone to help me. I told her what had happened and the young lady at the Pro Desk went into action immediately and next thing I knew I had 3 people helping me. I appreciated everyone wanting to help me and especially her concern about my autistic granddaughter and getting the help I needed.

I WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL HAVE THE CORRECT CABLES & INSTALL & TEST PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING. 4/14/21 I GET THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO SHOW UP & I WATCHED DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF THEM NOT HITTING WALLS OR DAMAGING THE PRODUCT BUT THE UNIT HAD FACTORY DAMAGE/SCRAPES & SCUFFS DOWN TO THE METAL OF THE WHITE COATING OFF OF IT & THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PLUG TO THE BACK OF THE DRYER. THE DRIVERS JUST DROPPED OFF THE DRYER INTO MY APARTMENT AND LEFT WITHOUT TESTING OR INSTALLING AS I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD. I THOUGHT THE DRIVER WAS GOING TO HIS TRUCK TO GET SOMETHING BUT THEN THEY JUST STARTED TO DRIVE AWAY & I CALLED THEIR NUMBER RIGHT AWAY AND NOONE PICKED UP.
