I just started purchasing plants and the Home Depot is a GOLD MINE! Prices and selections are GREAT!

Cashiers and customer service people are useless

Using some persistence and patience, one can usually get assistance on a weekday. Staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. It is an entirely different experience on the weekends. If you really need help, you need to be diligent. Best to find time during the week for special needs.

The Home Depot in Yonkers is out of stock on items all the time .

We went to Home Depot, Yonkers to place a custom oder for windows, We worked with Christina in the millwork department and she was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, personable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Home Depot of Yonkers is luck to have her. In addition, I would also like to thank Anthony and Jalen (both in the millwork department) for providing a smooth experience.

The costumer service agent specifically Jeffrey screwed up my entire and now they don’t even recognize their mistake and give me my refund or send me the correct product that obviously I paid for

I came in not knowing anything about flooring. I was directed to the flooring department & met a lovely young lady by the name of Mariam. She educated me about vinyl flooring & some ones they had. She was very knowledgeable & sweet at the same time. We need more people like her. She’s good at what she does.

Most of the time you find things that you need but little help from staff. Needs improvement.

I love coming to this home depot because they are professional and knowledgeable about their products. They are also kind and helpful.

I find that everyone in this store is very helpful. Just recently, Thomas helped me twice in one visit. He was excellent, give that man a raise!!

It’s gotten to the point, I drive an extra half hour to avoid this location. It’s closest to me but horrendous.

Self checkout is horrible and now employees at self checkout is so ridiculous. There no where to put your stuff. Who takes it out of cart me or the person staring at me? Self or not self checkout? This isn't working and it's getting frustrating. Half self checkout is fine. That's it. It's not like employees are busy? I. Never once got help from an. Employee in all my years of coming to this store. I'm ok with that just saying.

I frequently purchase at this store. I can attest at other Home Depot stores up north; employees are more than willing to help. Employees at Yonkers run from customers year after year. Only department willing to help is the paint department. Great crew.

I dealt with Rebecca on the phone. Wrong item was delivered to my house. I called the store Rebecca answered. I have to say she was AMAZING very sweet, professional , thorough and Later in the conversation found out she didn’t even work in customer service. She was just helping out. She went above and beyond to make sure The item I originally purchased was in stock and brought it back to customer service and put my name on it because I was picking it up that evening , and returning wrong items sent to my house I do not want this to go unnoticed. She was so helpful polite and I can go on, but like I said above to sum it up, she was so helpful. Hopefully, she will be acknowledge, rewarded or something for this.

I had the pleasure of having an associate stand 1 foot behind me while at the self checkout line to make sure that I didn’t steal the items that I selected. It made me feel safe to know that thieves like myself have vigilant staff to ensure we pay for everything we’ve selected. If it weren’t for that staff talking on her cell phone and being in my personal space, I would’ve probably stolen the heater and shovel while helping my wife roll our baby out of the store in her stroller. I highly recommend this store!

You will wait for help and be ignored.

You have to search the parking lot for a cart usually at the home depot in the mall on exterior street/River Ave. Its a minor thing but when i have a few items i don't feel i should have to carry a home depot paint bucket to put them in. Both stores need to open more self checkout lines.

I purchased a Christmas Wreath for the home at a great price and it smells amazing. Everyone loves the smell and look. They have a large selection of Christmas trees, lights and decorations. It’s getting late but I’m excited to go back for more Christmas items!

When leaving the store I am not allowed to make a left hand turn to go back North. This takes me out of my way till I can find a place to turn around. Otherwise it is a good store. I avoid this store unless the other Home Depot does not have what I want.

Is so disappointing that Home Depot is such a nice store and has crappy management that doesn’t know how to organize their workers. You can never find anybody to help you. If you need help, you have to wait two hours for somebody to give you an answer for anything. Very sad.

Associate Aneisha C. is amazing.

I had a $200 gift card for buying an online appliance, but unfortunately, the order was canceled. When I went to the Yonkers store to get my gift card back, the store cashier told me she could only give me store credit, not the gift card back.I was very disappointed. I wanted my gift card back.

Found what I needed fast and was able to check out promptly

I was looking for a backpack for tools currently out of stock at the shelves, proceeded to Customer service Where they found more merchandise on an overhead. Employee Monica proceeded to get someone to bring down the pallet with the merchandise. I am very happy with the great customer service I received at this location above and beyond.

Ordered some stuff and easy pickup. Purchased some other things in the store as it readily available compared to other Home Depot. Also parking is very huge with covered shade.

the paint department in this store is terrible. always one person working, long lines and long wait time to get served.

Store is always filthy, and unorganized. Now you charge for extra for paint containers. What a joke.

Great equipment great merchandise however, no human touch. No, hello no goodbye. No, thank you for shopping at the Home Depot.(Home Depot needs to improve customer service)
