Besides the fact the store was clean and I found what I was looking for, I'd like to point out the help I received from Mr. Jason Carter was above expectations. There are some people that know how to deliver great experience to a customer!

I was very pleased with the help I received from Bibi in Customer Service. She was friendly & helpful in directing me to where I needed to go for the Indoor A/C Covers.

GREAT customer service,well organized and exellent knowledge of suppilies when needed. I will definitely seek this location again

The online order and pickup greatly improved. The last few times I have ordered online the items have been ready and the associates have been very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Janiel and Sashie who made me feel valued as a customer.

I was in the Yonkers, NY store to purchase a snow nlower and heater. Steve in gardening is very knowledgeable. Every time I passed an associate I was asked if I needed help. With their help I was able to find everything I needed. It is a pleasure shopping in the Yonkers store.

Very nice store cashiers were very friendly and checked us out with a smile I will continue to shop at this location and be a part of the home Depot experience .Do want to say a special thanks to the manager Sanatta who went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed

Store associates at returns desk was very helpful. She took her time and tried to help as much in her power. And the management team are exceptional and very friendly.

the store had all the items i was looking for and i found few new products in the auto section like prestone antifreeze two kinds etc. found new products in the cleaning supplies.

I found the item(s) I wanted, but would have been much happier if they weren't made in China. I would like to see stickers on the shelving that CLEARLY indicate which items are made in the USA.

The salesman was very willing yo help me and tell me what I needed too know about the floor product.

Generally, this store is not clean. Customer service is barely helpful. I've stood on the return line with 10-20 people on line watching the associates talk among themselves, rather than help get through the line. The self check out stations usually have at least one out of order. I had keys made there twice and none ever fit the lock correctly.

I traveled 50 miles just to visit this Home Depot and was very fortunate to meet Marci. She spent a great deal of time with me making sure that I knew of all products available to me and was working very diligently to be cost effective. She deserves a RAISE!! Thank you, Marci!!

Store was clean. Associate helpful. The cashier was helpful and very courteous. She also helped me with my purchase after the returns

When I was shopping in this store these associates help me out they are Monica , Delmar, Shana , Nicole Also supervisor Rich at the Garden Dept. These associates were great ! I just made up my mind I usually shop at the hawthrone Home Depot now I will shop this awesome Home Depot Store ! Thanks Home Depot !

A very product was easily found and store associates were polite and helpful

I got to the store late about 8:30 p.m. (after work). I browsed for about 45 min. And although the store was to close shortly the sales associate I asked for help did not rush me. He was very knowledgeable about the products I needed help with and helped me get the products I went to the store to buy easily and effortlessly. It was a great experience.

Arthur in hardware made my experience a pleasant one. He provided me with excellent service, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met

I have been to this store for some very specific issues. One issue was in plumbing and ended up having to have a pipe cut and threaded twice. The gentlemen helping out there really knew his section and saved me a trip back there. I had the occasion to have to get a specific washer from again the plumbing section and the gentlemen there also knew the specific brand I needed and made suggestions that saved an additional trip back to the store. Appreciate the assist. One quick note and this could be that the store is huge and the amount of inventory being moved into the store...the consumer really has to pay attention as trip over something or walk into the front loaders moving inventory. They need to ensure that they have staff clearing a path and alerting consumers to watch their backs.

The Associate I encountered knew where I had to go to get the item I was interested in, and then the person in that department confirmed it was what I needed. Awesome...

Its a great store. They always have everything and if they don't have everything they will do their best to help you with that situation.

I would love to give this store an excellent review, however my experiences when visiting are never consistant. Sometimes you find what you're looking for with no problem, sometimes not. Sometimes you will find knowledgeable and helpful associates, sometimes not. There have been more times than not that I simply could not find an associate without walking to the other end of the store. That often results in the associate not being able to assist as they are out of their department. I just wish it was more consistant.

I was quickly directly to the area of the store where I needed to purchase the item that I came in to buy. The store was neat and clean with items shelved neatly. Check out was relatively easy.

We had a problem with Windows. Jimmy in Millwork District Manager Gene and Store Co Manager Carlos treated us like family and instantly did the right thing to resolve our problem. Thanks guys! We really appreciate it!

The cashier and the man who helped us load our car was one of the nicest people we have ever met.

I had an excellent experience working with Marci for our kitchen remodel. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and was always available to meet. Marci designed two different concepts for our kitchen, both of which were beautiful, and she helped simplify the selection process. She really knows the inventory, and she has a great sense of what looks good -- we are really excited to see our kitchen once the process is finished. We would work with Marci again in a heat beat, and I recommend her to anyone taking on a kitchen remodel. Thanks, Marci!

I researched online the night before so I arrived at the store, found the section, found the item, and found a cashier with no line. The cashier was very, very nice.
