I bought a water softener. The box was pretty torn up and open. The cap was off the softener tank and had spilled resin inside of the box. There was no owners manual with the unit, and after assembling it with a manual that I got off the Internet it leaks From the head unit. Unit was ordered online and shipped from another Home Depot in California. I’m wondering if it was a broken unit that was just resolved to me. Definitely not up to Home Depot standards not the Home Depot I know….

This was my latest project. Home Depot is my hardware superstore of choice. Helpful staff (find Norma), mostly matches online inventory, and fast checkout. I also love the fact that they have a Milwaukee Rep present most times.

Purchased appliances for a new home. Elodia was patient and navigated a bit complicated, out of state, purchase. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Recentky purchased a mobile work bench from this home depot. When I received it, it was out of its packaging laying on its back on a sheet of 4x8 waferboard, which was then laying on two pallets. Thinking it was very odd that a new mobile work bench would be delivered this way and after inspection it was obvious they sent me the floor model and stuck me with two useless pallets and a crappy piece of waferboard to get rid of. I called the store, and the CS rep immediately went into full gaslight mode, trying to tell me they all came like this, and I did indeed receive a new item.  Of course, none of that was true since I knew for a fact it was the floor model since there was a half eaten Reeses peanut butter cup in the top drawer..just like the floor model.  They didn’t even have the sense to clean it up before they tried to scam me.  After the CS rep realized they were busted, she stopped feeding me nonsense and said, "Let me speak to the manager."  They gave me some cash back which I accepted but I was still stick with a pile of useless wood which was on me to dispose.The CS rep actually said to me there would be no extra charge for the additional building materials required to ship the floor model...too funny. After a week or so, their shenanigans still weren't sitting well, and I decided to reach out to Home Depot corporate and honestly a very unsatisfying exchange. Anyway, unless they are the only source for a specific product, I will never shop this store again. The shamelessness at which they engaged in such shenanigans is truly unbelievable and not the behavior you would expect from a major corporation. Do they really think their customer base is that stupid?  I guess so..

I was happy that the product was ready unavailable and very good friendly staff. I was able to pick up some of my product that I needed for what I was doing for the day thank you.

Elodia Baca is the one to see for your appliance specialist! I talked with her before I was ready to buy on the day I was going to buy I went in to see if she was there and was told she’d be in at 1:30 so I went home and came back when I knew she’d be there. Not only myself but the customers ahead of me were also waiting on her and only her. She definitely knows her appliances and customer service. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I were shopping for a refrigerator to replace an existing unit. We were able to find a model that was reasonably priced and met our requirments.

They are all very knowledgeable in the plumbing department

This Home Depot has mostly everything I need, if only I could find a store associate. You need to hire more associates and stop working the ones you have down to the bone

Please read my previous review ! While I truly like Home Depot it pains me to have a very petite young lady wheeling out two heavy doors for my curbside pickup! That is not a job for a mismatched employee and elderly customer!

A great experience from my first meeting with Maria Garcia,design consultant, through the measuring, rechecking, and installation by William Sanchez. William was always on time and very knowledgeable with good suggestions. The cabinets arrived a little earlier than expected on a Friday. William was there promptly Monday morning for the install. Maria spent a lot of time on the placement and design, getting it just right for me. I highly recommend kitchen designs from Home Depot in Yuma, AZ. Both people were extremely pleasant to work with, I couldn’t be happier.

This store seems to have a high turnover of workers. The older, long term employees are very helpful, but many of the younger new highers spend an immense amount of time chatting with each other, on their phones, and what appears to look like avoiding customers.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Waited for long periods of time to get help and in the end after waiting half hour for help to load my car another customer stepped up to help me.

Bought a milwaukee impact wrench on sale with 8.0 Mforce battery and a 5.0 battery ,can't go wrong best price around town

We bought this a product a week ago and had it delivered to my home. The service of buying was very easy. The delivering of the product was scheduled and the communcation of notfying of delivering was excellent. The installation of product was very quick and efficent.

Customer Service staff was very helpful in resolving a warranty issue on a GE/RHEEM water heater. The extra effort on their part is sincerely appreciated!

Maria was fantastic to deal with. She assisted us in the design of our park model kitchen and the selection of cabinets. She presented options and provided information so as to aid us in making selections and decisions. Maria was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. If you need help with your kitchen or bath, go see Maria.

Sales & delivery were very professional!

Unable to press clips on my power wheelchair ♿️ in order for the foot plates to fold to the sides, ALLAN in hardware, removed the clips from my wheelchair and found hardware that I can easily use. ALLAN is a wonderful young man who took his time. He is an asset to Home Depot.

I have been shopping weekly at the Yuma Home Depot for the past two months after a terrible experience at a competitor of Home Depot in Yuma. The Home Depot in Yuma is always clean and organized. I always see workers returning products to their proper place. The carts and flatbeds are well maintained.
