Very satisfied!!! Will be shopping again!!! Need more screws!!

Employee at the paint department did not close the lid properly. Paint got all over my items in the plastic bag on my way home. I called to see if I could get a replacement. They said yes. I arrived at the return desk. I explained to her what happened and I think I had to explain myself over 5 times. I explained that my items were covered in paint and I was unable to bring into my car. She told me to get the items that I needed replaced. I come back to the return desk and two other employees kept asking if I brought in the old items even after showing them that there’s a puddle of paint all over the items. I didn’t receive an apology for their mistake. They rang the items I needed replaced and the supervisor said, “here you go.” Then left. Here’s a photo of the items I needed replaced. It barely cost more than $15 to replace.

I visited 3 locations to get enough vinyl floor for a project. This location was the best. Everyone was friendly. Daryl was outstanding.

I bought the washer and dryer on 10/25/2022 and it was delivered on 10/29/2022.

We needed a new refrigerator and we found one at the local home Depot in Zephyrhills. It will be delivered Tuesday

IT was so Nice the girl up front told me the aisle and bay number I went right to it and when I got up from the cashier Came out Took it from me and carried it for me so sweet paid Out Fast and Easy

Fertilizer for my tomato plants I start from old tomatoes .because your price on vegetable plants are crazy .I started my strawberry plants with moldy strawberry, you wanted 17 $ for 1 plant.⁰

The Home Depot near me has an employee named Raymond that was so helpful when I needed him. I recently had back surgery and could not load potting soil Raymond helped me load it on a cart and loaded in my car. Could not have done it without him. Thank you, Raymond.

Was ok, nothing on the floor to look at, had to look at a computer, I can do that at home

Poor Selection of hand tools. The customer service staff would rather argue with customers than help provide a solution. I will shop the Lutz location as I was directed there. They have a better selection.

I had a wonderful time shopping at the Home Depot in Zephyrhills . The store was very clean and organized. Had everything I needed and had help with my projects. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Tried to get keys made for storm door. Machine could not make one

We went to Home Depot to get a toilet. Thee were none in stock that would work in the limited space we have. Manager Pete found us wondering the isle and asked if we needed assistance. He was able to look online for us and found a toilet in the right color and size. He made the purchase very easy and had the toilet delivered right to our home.

9 out of 10 time the store will have what I need. Have shopped here several time over many years and always found the store to be clean and well lite. Most workers have been friendly ( every store has some that are not )

Picked up a mower we brought on line. Good service, great price, and friendly staff!

Generally employees friendly and helpful not not as well trained as in.the past! Last two or three contacts with customer service staff.have been less than polite!.

I had to go to the garden shop to make my purchase because the self help person wouldn’t let me buy a doorbell, unreal!

Generally visit on the weekends, prefer early morning. Check out is fast, staff have all been friendly. Glad to shop this location.

Purchased plants to replace mine destroyed by hurricanes. Although couldn’t find exact replacement there was a nice selection

I hope the manager of the store in Zephyrhills Florida gets to read my comments and calls corporate or whoever they need to contact to fix or improve their Wi-Fi connectivity in the store.

I needed plywood to prepare for Hurricane Milton, they were well stocked the day OF the hurricane, staff was helpful, friendly and efficient!

Frank at the Zepherhills location was an awesome addition to the HD team. He helped us get all our items and our military discount. I’ve been renovating a house for 5 years and once done with that, built a Garage with loft & shelves, and now building a 16x20 shed. Love the Home Depot..
