Clean - Alway Friendly & Helpful - Very Convenient ( Location ) - There is a lot of employees there to Help you!

We like the store. We find the responses that we get from its management to be almost insulting...no matter the issues.

Store clean and neat, very busy. Sales people were busy helping others, but helped us as soon as they were available to do so. Did not have riding lawn mower covers we were looking for in stock... very disappointing as this is Florida and lawn mower season is basically year-round.

They have what you need, but forget about customer service of any kind!

The store has friendly employees for the most part, AND helpful. The carpet and cabinet area is definitely understaffed. No one acknowledged we were there or said "I'll be with you shortly" or--- If the store was not so convenient, and if I was younger, I definitely would have gone elsewhere. Checking out was not a problem - cashiers were informed and capable.

Very nice store

While the store was clean and the paint department helpful, I was disappointed they would not recognize veteran status and allow for discounts as other stores do. After much discussion I was able to get the discount but I will find other options when in Florida for our annual trip to maintain my elderly in-laws home.

Shirley the cashier make my visit pleasant, she was friendly and helpful. She deserves a 10 but for now I giving the store a 4 because the other employees. They need to employ more people like her!!! Way to go Shirley

Reliable, comfort and help

I just filled out the suggestion box about how to better this store, but with only 500 letters to use, I couldn't finish it. Anyway, main complaint is that the handicap parking is at the main entrance is at one end of the store, but the check out is at the other end, so handicap people have to walk to the check out, then walk clear back to the handicap parking. I was told by the manager of this store, that I could check out at the returns desk. But this time when I went to the returns desk, the girl at the desk said it was the returns desk and to go to a checkout line. I said I was handicap and couldn't walk that far. She checked me out, but why does it have to be a hassle to buy something at your store and check out. Why can't there be a check out counter at the entrance where you have the handicap parking. Waiting at the returns desk is not a fun thing. Or, put some handicap parking at the other end of the store where the check out is? That way if I go in that door, I can come out where I park. I have complained about this before, but it falls on deaf ears. On a lighter note, I would like to say your employee, Ken was very helpful to me in finding what I needed for a project I was working on.

Good place to shop and get what you need for the house.....store is well stocked and service is courteous and professional.

We had a great experience in the appliance department thanks to the sales associate Mr.Kamal. He helped us pick out a new suite of kitchen appliances for the older home we just purchased and his product knowledge helped us make our decisions in recorded time.

Employees are very friendly and extremely helpful......I purchased 3 gallons of paint to paint my interior garage. The employee recommended the best material and mixed it all for me. Cashier was extremely helpful and suggested I open a charge and save $25.00

This store is not convenient for me - there are two other local competitors much closer; however I seek out this store because of one special employee whose name is Preston! Preston is always willing to assist in any department and enjoys his job. I will continue to drive out of my way to visit this store as long as Preston is there. You can usually find him in Lawn & Garden. He is a very special young man.

employees are more interested in working doing their jobs than helping customers... and the restroom(s) only one is very farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr put it in the center of the store. ok?

I was pressed for time because I was going to another store for some materials second hand or used.Home Depot had them brand new.I saved time and made one trip.Itrip.I drive about 30 miles one way from home but but it's well worth it. Thanks Coach

The store is neat and clean with awesome employees. Deal with Debra in lawn and garden and she always has a great attitude and a smile on her face! Will definitely return in the future!!
