What is the minimum diameter of the hole required to insert the Tee into? The pronged disk seems to be 3/4" the i.d. of the threaded barrel is obviously suitable for a 10-32 thread. But nowhere is the OD of the threaded barrel given.
The OD is 0.24 inches, so the recommended pre-drilled hole size is 0.25 inches.
I used a counter-bore of 3/4 in x 1/16 in to keep the metal face of the T-Nut flush with the wood surface and a clearance hole if 1/4 in to keep wood splinters clear of threads.
