Does it rust ?

Does this shed have a floor
ByApr 24, 2025
1 Answer |
Answer This Question

No. You need to make provisions. I used 3/4" exterior grade plywood on 6" treated sleepers, but a rectangular frame of sleepers would be fine if the surface underneath is suitable for the floor.

How hard is shed to assemble?
    ByApr 14, 2025
    1 Answer |
    Answer This Question

Not terribly, but it is more 3 to four hours than half and hour. There are a couple of spots where the instructions are less clear than they could be.

THis shed only has a 55MPH wind rating, so if you are in a higher wind by code region, you are on your own. I used 24" screw anchors and spanned the sleepers with 4" steel channel. Then structural lags to hold the base down.

          1 Answer |
          Answer This Question

This question has been asked before. Several users have inquired about sloping the roof to the front, turning the roof around, or having the lower end of the roof at the front. The installation instructions indicate that the roof must be installed as depicted, sloping towards the back.

The wall and door panels appear to have a plastic film on the exterior surface. Should I remove that prior to assembling the shed?
          ByDec 2, 2024
          1 Answer |
          Answer This Question

Yes, the plastic film on the exterior surface of the wall and door panels should be removed before assembling the shed. This film is there to protect the panels during shipping and handling.

          What Customers Say
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews

Customers say the storage metal shed offers good value for its price, with features like ample storage space, easy assembly for some, and a sturdy design once constructed. However, many reviews highlight challenges with assembly due to unclear instructions, misaligned holes, and the thin quality of the metal. While some users appreciate its functionality for storing garden tools and equipment, others express concerns about its durability and waterproofing, suggesting it may not withstand severe weather conditions.

Great value for the money. Finished product looks good. One complaint, the screws strip out easily. I did use an electric drill and had the torgue adjusted down to two. I ended up using a manual screw driver so I wouldn't strip them out. Once the shed was completely assembled, my wife and I carried it to the concrete slab. Pretty light. I did add two extra holes in the bottom plate at mid point on the front and back wall to secure it to the concrete pad better. I also took the extra F1 screws and put an additional screw in the wall panel laps midway up the wall. It really stiffened it up. Overall very happy with it. Oh and my wife says the protective corners on the roof should be black not white.

Great shed for the price. ONE right metal panel is so dented and bent though. Would have sent back but took long to put together. Would appreciate a discount.

I wasn’t expecting too much because of the price point. Difficult assembly as stated in previous reviews. Very thin/flimsy as reviews stated. Needed small scale outdoor storage and this was an inexpensive solution.

          Take your time
Bought the 3x5 version of shed it arrived early, everything was in packaging. Took me 2 days to assemble doing it slowly 3 hours first day, second day i assembled the door. The instructions were so so one of the locks didnt line up but i just drilled the lock into the metal regardless. Added bunch of extra screws and put on platform and drilled shed into the platform. Lets see how long it lasts…couple screws didnt line up but oh well, put some gorilla tape on roof to cover some small holes.

            Decent little shed
So let me start off with saying that make sure you temper your expectations. This is a $300 shed not $3000. However, the material that it is made out of isn’t bad for the price. It came packaged very well and I had no damaged or missing parts. The directions are ok, would be nice if they were a little more detailed In some spots. You can do this yourself just take it slow. Plan on 4-6 hours. It helps having an impact, a 7mm socket and a 10mm open ended wrench. Aesthetically it looks nice.

              Bent, dented and poor design
(Tozey 4 ft. W x 6 ft. D Outdoor Storage Metal Shed) After 3 different delivery dates I finally got it. The Box was not badly damage but the contents were . After unpacking I was not happy. Loose screws and hardware laying in the box not inside the packaging, some screws fell out while opening the box, over half of the panels had damage. some will be hard to straighten and will not look new. You get what you pay for.

The pieces of the sides and roof did not meet together smoothly. They bend super easy and leave it looking bowed out in areas.

it doesnt fit a bike. wrong measurements!
I assembled and noticed that the measurements are not tottally acurate. Its 5 ft by 2.5ft instead of 3 ft. after all, i had to disassemble it and return it. It doesnt fit an adult size bike ( it showed 2 bikes in the pictures). Unfortunatelly it was a bummer for me!!
