    It might be too short

Is the length shown the length from the top of the head to the end of the screw or is it the length of the part of the screw that has the threads?

I purchased a pack, but they still don't fit. They are the same size and thickness, but still too long. The next shorter size is too short. The previous screw with my cabinet knob appears to be notched so it can be shortened in smaller increments. Any suggestions?

wire strippers have the screw size in the handle. screw it in to the length you need and close them shut to cut. work the screw back and forth a few times before removing it to clean burrs from the end. you are ready to use it. much luck

If you can’t seem to find the right size online, we suggest taking the previous screw into your local Home Depot store so an associate can show you a workable match.

5/32" will give you a nice, tight fit. The 3/16" bit that came with the cabinet door template is too big. #29 will be too small. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Liberty-Align-Right-Large-Cabinet-Hardware-Installation-Template-AN6516C-CL-U/308682642

You would use Drill Bit #29 (decimal inches 0.1360).

Hi Dogedog! Unfortunately, this item does not come in a 3/4 inch. This is an in store item. Please partner with your local stores for something comparable since it is carry in the local stores. Thank you!

Worked perfect for new drawer knobs
I ordered these for new drawer knobs I was installing. I measured from under the head to determine what length I needed. And shipping was free which made it even better.

I am glad they classify these as cabinet screws because it saves the hassle of having to check the specs to see which one has the broader head for cabinets. I use them to make my custom skull cabinet knobs.... I also cast a nut for these in my work to prevent stripping.. Home Depot helps me run my very small manufacturing plant (my kitchen table, lol)

1.75" screws are needed for drawers. You only offer 1 5" or 2". 2" had to be cut off. Very frustrating deal.
