The inside of my window measures 26 3/4 inches. Would this shade work in the 27” width?

For an inside mount, does the hardware have the screw insert at less than 1"? My windows are only 1" depth, so trying to determine if these will fit. I am okay if the mounting hardware and blinds stick out a bit further than the window depth.
