I bought this product last month and my stomach hurts after I drink the water. Is is the minerals in the Alkaline pH+ part or is something else causing my stomach to hurt? Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry that you are experiencing this issue. There is no known data that supports calcium added to the water would cause stomach issues. We only use very high-quality calcium re mineralizing filters this has never been reported to us. You can bypass your 6th stage PH filter by connecting faucet directly to your 5th stage filter. Does this filter out micro plactics?

Is the water exposed to whatever triggered the prop 65 warning?
Hi Valued Customer All companies in California are required to put this label whether the products itself may contain the chemicals or not because this is a California law requirement. It is very hard for most companies, restaurants, and product manufacturers to know if every single item, item wrapping, building environment, etc does not contain any of the 900 chemicals listed. What causes the constant sound of water going down the drain? It seems to occur a lot. Doesn't sound normal. It happens when any water is removed from the tank. Is this normal?
Dear Valued Customer, With all Reverse Osmosis systems, when the system purifies water into the water storage tank, drain water is designed to run removing unwanted contaminants from the RO filter to enhance filter life and keep drinking water pure. When the water storage tank is full, drain water is designed to automatically stop. This is the normal Reverse Osmosis system process so your system is working normally.
