Are upper and lower sashes of the 32x74 50 series able be tilted and removed from frame
Yes both sashes can be removed from a double hung window
Do these windows come with tempered glass?
This window is not tempered. You may be able to place a special order at your local Home Depot for sizes or options that are not available online.
Where are the weep holes? The manual says do not caulk them.
Never caulk over weep holes. However, this specific window referenced, 50 Series Replacement DH 32x74 does not have weep holes, it uses a sloped sill water drainage system.
Do these come in black?
This window is not currently available in black
Is this egress?
This window has a clear opening of 27.38 x 28.59 and 5.44 square feet which does not meet the minimum egress requirements of 20 x 24 and 5.7 square feet
According to the manufacturer it is considered an egress window. Whoever did the original calculation used the wrong dimensions.
