I did not receive enough carriers for the rods that I bought. There were very few included. How can I get more?

How many support brackets does the 72 inch contain?
Hi There are three supports for a 72" rod.
How do I install this rod onto the supports if I don't have 8 ft. of clearance on to the side of my window to slide the rod over the support post? I am trying to install this over a slider door located in a "nook" like space tucked between two walls. When I try to put the support posts onto the rod first, as some reviewers mentioned, when I screw it into the support bracket on the wall, it counter-actively unscrews the bolt attached to the rod. I'm in a vicious cycle and it's impossible to cut the rod smaller and have it still be wide enough for my window.
Sorry for the delay. The rod installs front load for this very reason.
