Inside mounting: what is the minimum width requirement for mount installation? My panel inside is okay 1 inch thick for installation
Hi Tiffa, There are two mounting options for the mounting bracket. The minimum depth required for the mounting bracket is 1/2" depth if mounting with 2 round-head screws or 1" depth if mounting with 1 hex-head screw.
Can the length be shortened? Window is only 22 inches tall.

Hello, the shades are available in two lengths: 48 and 72 inches. The 48 Length is suitable for windows under 48 inches, and the 72 Length is suitable for windows between 48 and 72 inches. The shades are cut to the exact width ordered. For inside mount, you will want to measure the window opening, then order 1/4 - 3/8 inches less than that width. For outside mount, order the width that covers the area you wish to cover.
