Is the door trimmable at the top and bottom?
Hello Trimbuddy, probably no more than 1/4" off both the top and bottom.
The product says it is 44" wide, yet in the specifications it says it fits an opening that is 42." So which is it? My opening is exactly 44", so is this going to work or not?
Hello DJswims, we recommend the door to be at least 1" wider than the opening on each side, to prevent gaps. Since the door hangs outside of the opening, if the door has exact same width of the opening, you will most definitely see gaps between the door and opening. Since we don't make 46" door, the 48" will be a better fit.
